That is the case for most of them, my MP-11 Starscream was in Bot Mode. I think for certain figures they put them in bot mode, Megatron for example.

When the discount kicks in on Amazon JP it will be way less than any US retailer. $190 shipped today but I think it will be close to $160-170.

 

Man, I really want to have some confirmed sizes for bot mode and the full combiner before I commit to 6 of these guys.

Megatron makes sense since it turn into a real-life gun. Imagine trying to ship through thousands of realistic looking gun toys through international customs?

 

This guy looks good but I don’t get into combiners without knowing some details like the height or seeing renders of the characters. Hope it goes well though, I wanna see what else they do with the line.

 

Current price at Amazon Japan for me including shipping is 195 USD. If you take off a pre-order discount of 25% before shipping and then add shipping again, then the price for me will be 150 USD. Times six Trainbots, makes a total of 900 USD including shipping. Where people get prices from of up to 1300 USD...!? Why would anyone choose to pay that...!? You don't have to.

 

I’m guessing this weekend or Figure King. He’s not updated yet on the Takara transformer site, so there may be something this weekend.Too many questions to leave stuff up in the air, especially when people aren’t that comfortable with recent QC.
