I get the vibe this line will be different. I feel like the goal will be to do a wide range of characters. I think they will be cautious, but I'm sure they will atleast do the big season 1 name characters.
Got back from the 35th Anniversary screening of the 1986 movie and one of the advertisements before the film was about the MDLX figures. It showed off Bumblebee and then showed line art of Optimus, Rodimus, and Megatron.
Not really. It looked like G1 Megatron. It was only a quick glimpse and I kinda forgot about it while watching the movie. Most likely we will get details soon. Possibly at PulseCon as that was advertised as well.

How tall you think optimus, rodimus and megatron will be? Around same height as their war for cybertron line?
No, this line is smaller. Bee is like 4-5 inches, so I would expect those guys to be like 7 or 8 inches.
I hope this line will extend to some of the movie characters, even if it's just Bumblebee and ROTB to start with. DLX scale is still too expensive and large for my limited budget and space.
First off, I am all in on this line so far. Second, I am always happy to see a Rodimus. Megatron was a given.
