Yep, Rock n Roll would have been a better choice, then they could have released Breaker with a coms headset and backpack, some better weapons, and a bubble gum bubble like the 25th comic pack.
I received a shipping notice from Dorkside for the 3zero Snake Eyes. I'm super excited, this will be my first GI Joe doll or I mean 6th scale action figure ever. My vast collection of Barbie dolls don't count, they are more like 7th or 8th scale. (still have to figure out how to use blue text) Thanks @Legate
I really wish the armor was molded into the plastic instead of an actual piece. I want to free all of the ab crunches!
I wonder if someone could make Breakers web gear from the 82 figure. I received the Gridiron communication pack last week. Very cool. Though I was little disappointed they went with double sided tape and not a peg to attach the pack to the figure. I am guess they did this so it would be compatible with othe figure lines.
I made some cuts, but still can’t get much crunch. I think part of the problem is the mold itself. I took off the vest and I can barely get one click forward on the ab. Instead of crouching, he just looks like he’s slouching.
Found Cobra Officer and Scarlett at Walmart, and Beach Head arrived via Target. He's probably going to become my favorite Classified figure thus far.
Selling most of my Joes. (Mainly in need of money) 4x Cobra Viper (Cobra Island) 2x Cobra Infantry Lady Jaye Flint Duke Zartan Destro Movie Snake Eyes Will provide pics if asked.
Probably? Going to? Should be "definitely, already is". BTW---anyone know if that latest batch has blue and brown eye variants?
I picked up a Maisto 1/12 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale Assembly Line kit this evening. It's close enough in scale. My question is; should I paint it all Black for Snake Eyes, all Black for The Baroness with Cobra emblems, or Forest Green with Stars for general Joe's? I'd have to get some faction symbols for a Cobra theme, but I've got plenty of white stars to spare. Edit; Decided to go with a Cobra theme for The Baroness. Since, after all, the bike is already black and red.
I’ve been working on a character profile for Classified Breaker. The magic of ARAH was always the file cards so my Classified head canon needs modern updates. This is what I’ve developed so far for Breaker: Profile: In modern military ops, Kibbey could have performed his role from a comfortable desk at headquarters removed from danger, but being an adrenaline junkie meant he had to be in the middle of the action. Earned the nickname, “Breaker”, due to his uncanny ability to decipher highly encrypted communications, resulting in his recruitment as a communications specialist. Worked with Mainframe to develop a next-Gen VR headset with comm attachment and satellite link that allows him to create a real-time view of the field while remaining in live communication with field operatives. Fluent in 22 languages, but headset expands translation ability to every known language. Influencer on several social media channels. Active in national Scrabble tournaments, but sometimes caught in gaming while in the midst of an op.
With almost nothing ever showing up for me in the stores, Target and Walmart, its hard for me to get into or even excited about Classifieds. I bought the only 2 figs I ever saw, Bludd and CC. As far as the retro line goes, if they keep releasing the older vehicles, I'd certainly be more inclined to jump on them; whale, night raven, skystriker. And maybe, just maybe, if Haslab were to ever put out the Defiant, I'd be all over it like white on rice.
