I would buy those also, especially if they improved some things but this line doesn’t seem very popular so I don’t think anyone will bother to OSKO them.  

 

They wouldn't fit into my movie line so I don't mind them being in a smaller different scale

I'm still on the fence getting into this line, I love the alt modes but I'm not very much into the bayverse designs, I have a chance to get Red Baron at a decent price but I hate the starscream head, I've seen video reviews where it comes with an alternate head but I can't find any shop listing it as an accessory, is that a first wave bonus like the machine gun or does it definitely come in every box ?

 

The alternate Bumblebee movie Blitzing head should come standard with every Baron.

 

This is true, however the peg on the Blitzwing head is very fragile, so you’ll have to unscrew the head partly as to ease the tension to avoid it form snapping when you try to turn the head upwards.

 

Hey all,
Been on the lookout for Hornet. Prefer the grey or green one mostly. Maybe Alert as well but on the fence. (Not sure how I feel about the floaty neck.)
I was not able to Hornet at time of release but finally able to now. So I know that there is no way I would be able to get him at cost.

Never ordered from AliExpress before so a little nervous. Others had any luck with them?
Most other 3rd party TF sites I've ordered from are all out. As to be expected.
Anywhere else anyone could recommend?

Just keep trying AliExpress. But obviously be sure the seller is to be trusted.
And it's also strange, a while back when I was looking for a Hornet, there were only like 3 sellers who had em.

Thats pretty tame for a third party figure.

 

You get quite a bit for the money. The time and effort put into the design and paint detailing alone are worth that much. The fact that each figure is weathered, tiny silver scrapes added, etc. Sure, the size is pretty small, but the engineering is on par with any masterpiece figure.
Most 3rd party figures ballpark $100 these days, which is right on target with the mainstream masterpiece figures that they are up against.

 

I dunno if it’s off topic or not, but while TW was doing their TLK tank, wasn’t someone making a larger version of the same figure?

 

If there was, I’ve never seen it, and I went through the entire thread twice a few months ago.


Now wanting an MP scaled version is a common request you’ll see with these.

 

I'm ambivalent about the tank, but I'd love Hot Rod, Bee and Barricade at MP scale. (granted I don't have Hot Rod in hand yet, but he looks to be completely on par with the other two)

I'm a sucker for military TFs. And WWII you don't see often. Wish other companies would try their hand at this. It's not like there is a shortage of older military war machines out there.

 

Oh dude you have no idea how much I’d kill for an entire line of WWII characters. I’ve planned all of the alternate modes you could use for both G1 and Movie casts. The amount of vehicles produced in that era was insane, and they all had so much personality.

 

I was looking into these as well, but eventually passed on them due to the size and uncertainty if the others would ever be made.

 

I'm waiting for the eventual repaint of Barricade and Hot Rod
