    I'd recommend Paik4life's video, he has a few helpful hints including making sure the chest is completely open in robot mode as to not scratch the beak.

    My swoop arrived from tfsource but it arrived missing the flight stand it came with the base portion but not the actual stand, do i contact tfsource for a replacement or fanstoys?

    My new 2021 Soar copy had the same locked up knee joint issues. I could not get the left knee to move without disassembly in order to transform him to bird mode.

    Luckily I have 2 copies... and will never transform him back to bot mode... or at least not for a looooong time. So it seems the locked up knee issue is somewhat wide spread.

    Anyone have a solution to a loose chrome wing hinge?

    Had the same issue and had to do the same thing.

    Lucky him. - I'm waiting for replacement hands for Scoria since August now. It's the second time I use FT's customer service. The first time everything went smooth, this time it looks like the shipment has been lost - or my order has never been shipped at all. I was given no tracking number so everything is speculation at this point.

    Edit: Shame on me for doubting them. 6 months later the parts have now arrived. Many thanks.

    You need to turn it (the other faceplate is behind). At least, that what happens with mine.
