Seconded. Have them on Leadfoot as well. I'm a sucker for tons of sponsor details on Transformers.

Dark-Ism Shattered Glass Megatron Head Comparisons:

    Before:
    sgm3.jpg

    After:
    sgm1.jpg

I did some clean up work on the head as mentioned before. The front view was fine. The sides and back had some leftover bits of flash that I filed / cut off. The head really needed clear coats to finish the look. After having the actual figure in-hand, either do multiple thin coats of semi-gloss (if you want the helmet to match the bare black plastic) or flat clear (to suppress the shiny fine grain of the face paint). The painted black on the figure is flat / matte. I was crazy enough to mask the face area, so I did semi-gloss for the helmet and flat for the face.

The head again is a resin cast from silicone mold of a smoothed over 3d printed original. After further inspection, I believe the head is actually 3 pieces. However, they're glued together shut and can't separate without risking damage.

Even the back of the head cleaned up quite nicely after 4-5 thin coats of semi-gloss clear spray.

If anyone gets the SG Megatron head upgrade, I'd be happy to take the original head off your hands.

Also, is there only the BDT option for a gut gun color-matched to Netflix Cheetor? Because it's honestly bigger than I'd like. Plus I only want a gut gun.

That's good to hear, thank you.

I don't expect I'll buy a lot from him (maple dollars don't convert well to GBP) but I figured one go would be worth a shot.

That's the only one for Netflix Cheetor. For Kingdom Cheetor, there's only one other option with the ZX / MSS set.

Am I crazy or did someone show off an articulated finger upgrade for SS 86 Grimlock? I tried searching for it and I can't find info on it anymore.

It sucks. The fingers implode. Some batches also had the wrong sized mushroom pegs. The initial batches had no 5mm peg adapter either. The 5mm peg adapters didn't even fit the hands proper regardless.

Hey, @ziltama, I remember a while back you were talking about 5mm drill bits. I was just curious what brand you used, I'm trying to find a good 3mm and 5mm bit, but I keep seeing in reviews for a lot of them that the tolerances are wrong, so they would be almost useless for opening up ports for weapons.

I've also had this in the back of my head, but haven't taken the time. I wonder if you could get a set of small bits, and then hit them with the micrometer to see which ones will work for that purpose. I don't imagine there are sets that step in less than a millimeter though.

I get them from a local Grainger store. I've had good experience with chicago-latrobe brand black oxide metric drill bits. They have a lot of different set options:

Got the new Datsun wheels in from JRC, absolutely awesome. A finishing touch of perfection. Highly recommend, specially for Smokescreen

I'm trying to get orders out within 5 business days, and also get as many orders out as I can each day, so depending on the size or what's in the order, some orders might go out faster than others, the tires being the biggest hang-up on orders so far. I've been assembling stuff all weekend, so with any luck a lot of the orders should go out tomorrow.

I think folks just need to be a little more patient. I don't think you're running a warehouse and 3D printing takes time.

I'm happy that you've been able to contribute so much to a very niche slice of the community, don't wanna see you feel burnt out.

I myself am waiting for several items from your ebay shop but if it takes a week (or longer with the recent changes to USPS) I am totally fine with it.

Keep up the great work! ;)

Give JRC some slack, he's one guy with one printer(maybe more) and he is giving us some great designs for excellent prices.
JRC keep up the great work.

Thanks for the info! Keep up the great work!
I'm also fine with this. I just thought on the order I had made today, and wanted to gauge when I might see them.
    Thanks!
My comment was not meant to be a criticism. There are multiple avenues to approach him directly, if that were the case.
