If you plan out your Transformers collecting budget you may be able to afford them. At the moment only half of the team is out and will be restock if they are out. Take your time, no need to rush.

I have the first 3 of these and like them as stand alone figures. I was not impressed with Monkey Pants and Razorclaw, so I am glad we got a picture of combined mode. I hope a colored render of Predaking comes out before the next release. If I like it I'll pick up the rest and keep them in Predaking mode. It looks like the combined sword, from what is shown, is a good design.

 

Just take a look at FT and the 3p movie toys... Good grief...

 

At least most places are keeping Cang's under $200 (as of right now, but they'll probably keeping raising)

I agree the head is on the smallish side, I don't know if its personally enough to be distracting, tho.
I do agree with those that say it is too square looking. maybe if the antennae were taller than the forehead crests, and tapered off a bit...

 

I have no idea how they managed to do this without some sort of cheating.
the attachment point on Firmini is too small for the cavity in firmament's torso.
I can get it to sit in there, but any attempt to maneuver it will just have the arm fall out

Sortof a shame, I was fantasizing about a multi-combination pattern along the lines of the TFC Ares Predacons -- the four limb-bots have hidden PCC pegs in their shoulders and knees, allowing each of them to become the torso of a Power Core Combiner. Could you imagine? If Cang mini-Preds could become the limbs for Cang's big Preds? The mind boggles.

 

It's not the size that bothers me. I was hoping for something a bit more....menacing. It's a very classic, generic combiner bot head, but this whole piece has been soooo stylized I really was expecting more.

Don't really see that, as you can buy the first 3 now at or near $400USD total, about cheaper than I bought them several months back, and that's including getting 2 of them used at a discount.

 

Depends on the site. BBTS has raised prices for Ferocious and Landbull a couple times, usually in $10 increments.
