    Nah, it's old school with a dremel and plastic sheets.

    I just trimmed down the original to keep the ball joint, then just built the feet around it.

    And then drilled 5mm holes in the bottom.

    Dang! So it’s just a chunk of plastic that you carved into those shapes? And I’m guessing it affects the transformation?

    Not really, it still transforms, the heel just tilts back and pushes in. Exactly how I wanted it. To look like the opposite of the front of the pistol.

    This was a pretty cool figure, just a bit too small. He's just barely bigger than a deluxe. If he was about 2 inches taller he would have been a must have. I bought one way back in the day and used his noggin on Siege Megatron since the original Siege head seemed a bit too big.
