I’m not 100% sure I’m feeling the Value of DA-88 at the moment…. Maybe the product page and showing integration with Shadow Convoy would help.

There is also TF Source, Ages 3 & Up, and The Chosen Prime as additional options at least in US/North America. It doesn't look like any of them have listed these 3 yet...

 

Yes I think it looks like both DA-85 and DA-88 come with identical drone swords.

 

I wonder if the 5th figure under Diaclone 40th anniversary will have anything to do with MPG / Masterpiece Gattai...

My guess is we’re gonna see an “all in” set with a Powered Convoy (probably the blue delts Magnus colors) to match the blue triverse guys.

they’ll skip the Pod Granduer and do the powdered and DA-88 set as one go

 

Yeah, that would be nice too, since the 1st release commemorating Waruder, and
the 5th closes it nicely with Powered Convoy set (D-Caliber?)

 

I don’t see why it would, Diaclone and Masterpiece Transformers (including sublines like MPG) are two very distinctly separate toy lines.

but yeah, the possibility that MPG is MP Raiden just gives me a bit more hope

 

them ‘surprising’ us with MP Raider would me me sad as a Reboot fan…. It wouldn’t match the series at all (unless they did a special update- which I doubt).

A build king (Devy) with reboot design would be interesting (but again I doubt it).

 

On one hand “YAY more drone weapons!!!!” On the other…. Missed opportunity for an axe or something interesting. I would have guessed it’d been a different color though

I will likely end up using the DA-88 backpack on V-max as it appears less bulky while offering the same functionality as the DA-85 Powered Greater backpack.
