I forgot I picked this guy up in Greenville yesterday. 2B2BAA97-2F2B-4BA6-B199-4C81BED16381.jpeg

I’ve heard that early RGs can be a pain. But I don’t plan on posing him too much. Just pick a good one I like and through him on an AB2.

Wow. You can tell it's a heavily modified Bawoo as its base, it almost looks like a full Custom build!
    Gimme.
It almost reminds me of the Lightning Zeta from Build Fighters Try with more influence from ZZ in there too.

I think you're going to be okay with this one. I'm not just saying that because it's a GP01. While the early RG frame kits have their limitations and shortcomings, the GP01s really adapted well.

well shit i found a back image of Perfect Strike and now I gotta fill in the colors for that too.
[IMG]also I am tempted to pick up some other 1/60 kits to use as a Hot Shot/Rodimus and Armada Starscream. i found a 1/60 V2 Gundam and Freedom Gundam which may match what I am going for (was tempted for 1/60 Burning God Gundam because it and V2 could've used their Core Fighters as Powerlinx lol but the only one I found under 100USD was prebuilt and cost more to ship than to buy).
[IMG][IMG]I'm watching an assembly of V2 but I can't tell if they're using glue or not

I don't usually get 1/100 scale, but I really like the Calamity Gundam. I was very excited when this was announced, so of course I have to get it.

Really hoping this kit does well so we can get Raider Gundam and Forbidden Gundam as well!

i like the fairly rugged, semi-vintage-toy-like look and feel of that one.
looks like a big-ol' GUNPLA that would be great to play with. i think i just might end up having to bite...

I happened to have snapbuilt a 1/60 Victory 2, no glue needed but that said... I plan to disassemble and rework some proportions.... Once I get through work on some other kits.:redface2:

yep, i think that old HGEX V2 would take me on warm nostalgia trip
to my teens back in the 90's in a very playable, thoroughly enjoyable sort of fashion.

it's going on my short-list for sure...

Finally made some meaningful progress on my RG FA unicorn. Tried my best to make it as smooth as possible with hand painting. Hoping to make the leap to airbrush some day...

Been multitasking a bit, airbrushing on the RE/100 Efreet Schneid, building and detailing the MG Char's Z'Gok and dragging my afterburners through the waterslides on the MG Victory Gundam Ver.Ka. IMG_20210929_022456_1.jpg IMG_20210929_001904_1.jpg IMG_20210928_233548.jpg

E0E8D713-67D0-4509-B4F4-29C0FF1FE5A6.jpeg Here’s some of my HG kits that I’ve built in the past few months. And haven’t shared.

This is by far one of the best hobbies I’ve ever had. I had a 45 min convo with a stranger at Hobbytown in Buford yesterday about our favorite kits. He even talked me in to the MG Double X. I love transformers, but noone has ever spoken to me in the toy isle at target/Walmart/toys r us. Most of the time people would avoid eye contact.

    I couldn’t resist!
    B2886FCE-2064-4E5A-A753-9DAC75E10FFA.jpeg

I still have to panel line ‘em but it looks so good on the 1/100 shelf.

    3579F521-FDEE-4AEB-8A55-7E1BDCC3A202.jpeg

Also I made another bad Klarna decision:

    D453F802-DD2A-4EB1-A897-59ED78CA0F23.jpeg

Now I only need Heavyarms, Epyon and Proto Zero, and my Endless Waltz collection will be complete.
