It never popped up on the Canadian site, either.

 

Some members reported the same case with the Megatron helmet. While the pre-order link has dissapeared, it seems that if you pre-order it before you order is still ok.

 

Only time will tell, but it's been a long time and no helmets have been delivered. I was really excited about getting helmets of actual TF characters but this was a strange way to release them. It seems maybe it was a bad way to release them.
