And Amazon does it again!

This time they've pushed my order of two Gnaw's back from Oct. 1st to Oct. 19th. The torment is that I'm using $45 of an Amazon gift card to purchase them.... Now I wasn't all that hyped for them or Wreck-Gar back in April when I pulled the trigger until the video reviews started coming. So I bought Wreck-Gar once I found him at retail and cancelled his Amazon preorder while keeping the 2 Gnaws.

The last few days I still didn't mind finding at least 1 Gnaw at retail but still wasn't that pressed since Oct. 1st is just a week away. But now they're playing this game which might get even worse...

TF collecting use to be the main reason's I'd request family to specifically get me Amazon Cards on Bday's and holidays. But now if I spot 2 or 3 Gnaws while shopping at Walmart or Target, I'll grab'em all there, cancel that bs pre-order and just use that remaining Amazon gift card credit for Kindle and Audiobooks.

And make sure that future gift cards this Xmas are strictly VISA or Mastercard.

 

I always go to Retro Con & usually recommend it. Alan Oppenheimer who voiced the original skeleton was supposed to be one of the guests this year but he cancelled. The only Autograph I really wanted.

 

I don't usually go in for autographs, but I might get Dan Gilvezan to sign my Origins Bumblebee figure.

 

Picked up a Bumblebee/Dropkick pack from Cranberry Twp. Target today. Bumblebee/Barricade are still there. Nothing else of note.

 

I don't go after autographs as well, but I really really wanted to get my Mo-larr vs Skeletor box set signed.

Cheltenham Target only has a bunch of random Bumblebee stuff. And 2 Voyager SS Thrust.

 

Wilkes-Barre Target had two Skorpinoks. Almost bought one, but at $22.99...

 

I guess the individual target's vary there prices.

Thanks for the Shippensburg Tip on Cyclonus! Picked him up. This is the only time Ive ever seen him at a store.

 

Normally if you take an item up to Guest Services at any Target they will match a price. Especially if it's from another Target.

This is why no one should pay more than $79.99 for Rodimus if they find one there. That was his preordered price.

 

I didn't realize they were a different price at other Targets at the time. But even the $19.99 price doesn't sit well with me. I've found patience will usually result in me finding it on sale.
