I think this Big Beast is going to have rusty details just like the maximals, also Ultra prime said it's going to be in a cave too. I still think this Big Beast will kill all the terrorcons in the end.

When do you think the composer of the soundtrack will be revealed? I look forward to the return of Steve Jablonsky, if this movie

 

Could be whenever like (Danny Elfman was announced to compose DS ITMOM after they finished filming and months before the film even comes out) maybe even close to the release of the film. Dario Marianelli (composer of BB) was announced to compose the film in May 2018 and the film came out in Dec.

 

I see less and less likely the appearance of Ironhide, Ratchet and Brawn in ROTB, what do you think would be the reason for their absence in the film? I think they exaggerated to put so many capsules in the half-credits scene of BB (2018)

 

hey, CGI is expensive.
with the number of characters that there are now enough.

 

I think it's just they don't want to overload the factions with to many characters. What has been announced so far seems pretty good around 5/4 robots for each it seems. I would have liked to seen all the Autobots from BB return in ROTB, but if they are not going to be utilised properly, it might be for the best.

I would have thought Ironhide might have made the cut though.

 

Of course, but at least they should explain where they are, just a dialogue would be enough, do not make the mistake of leaving things to the imagination

It's the Revenge of Arcee for Ironhide taking her place in the first movie.

 

Yeah I think they're definitely not in it same with Rattrap for the Maximals. I would love to see all 3 of them in the film but I'm kind of glad they're not at the same time so we can focus on the Autobots we got and not crowd up the movie even more again I think screentime is gonna go 1.) Autobots 2.) Terrorcons 3.) Maximals - appear when we get to Peru in the 2nd/beginning of the 3rd act 4.) Predacons - appear before the final battle. Again I'm not saying there's not gonna be trouble with screentime amongst the factions but I think it won't be as overbloaded as we think it could be when it comes to screentime amongst the factions.

They could just explain that their off on another mission or we see them at the Autobot base but they just stay there to protect the base.

 

@ULTRA PRIME TF can you find If rattrap (or Tigertron) is on ROTB?

 

Yeah Optimus might just assemble a survey team consisting of Arcee, Mirage, Wheeljack, Bumblebee, and himself, while Ironhide and the others remain at the Base.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if much like G1 - Brawn, Ratchet, and Ironhide are at the Autobot base and don't go to Peru after all in g1
not every Autobot went on every mission.

We may see them for a brief scene or two but beyond that I don't think they will be featured much.

Like it was already stated cgi is expensive and we don't know how many more characters we have yet to see - right now it's at 12 I think.

Yeah, the number of bot's is getting up these (and we still don't have the release of the Terrorcon or any of the Predacons) but I do feel like the less parts count of these characters (unlike the Bay films where Peterbilt Prime had a lot of tiny parts that were unnecessary and you never see) and the probably smaller size of the characters (maybe a bit taller than they were in Bumblebee) will help the costs.

 

That's my hope. I want to see the larger cast atleast for a few minutes.

 

It would be fine, it sounds excellent if they stay at the base, I hope the ninth Autobot is Jazz, Sideswipe or Hound, (7 capsules arrive in the BB scene apart from Bee and Prime)

 

I hope Brawn joins the group to Peru as the "muscle" as he hasn't had a main "role" yet.
