    Looks like the chin is now a button for a literal "head-light", could losing the details really save more than put in that gimmick? I honestly dont know.

    It's from the Japanese Headmasters series. There's at least (possibly at most) one shot of Fortress (as he's called in Japan) as a head commanding the ship mode.
    When he transforms to large robot mode, called Big Mode, he uses the Master Sword to initiate transformation by plugging it in like a key.

    Looks incredible to me. I'm one of the weirdos (or poors if you prefer) that'll get just the head. The little stand thing for displaying the head reminds me alot of Haslab's unicron, except this one is actually good because it has uses in both modes.
