Speaking of biker-bots. Tried @Onibaku_Rave’s Fossilizer cycle build with Tricranius and he’s much more Hell Cycle like now!

As much as I love Sunstreaker, having SpinOut with Kingdom Sideswipe looks really good together.

Dab on them haters

 

This is my favorite configuration for it I've seen yet, better than mounting it directly on his shoulder port or any of the 3rd party options for mounting it on his back.

They took them down and have been gradually adding them back with more color options. I hope they add the Springer, Blurr, and Reflector guns soon.

 

A few days ago I noticed Grimlock and Mirage were up on Pulse UK and finally caved on getting them (then in the process of making my eBay listing for Mirage found someone selling Grimlock by himself for a very reasonable price, t'is always the way isn't it?).
I can't get over Grimlock's headsculpt, it's so goddamn good! Also, I wish I had the means to, like, scan and 3D print it because it would be the perfect head for a Gilthor custom!

Also recently got Scorponok and Wingfinger, who are also quite fun.

I like the quirky ones.


Kingdom Scorponok is a rather satisfying offering from this line. I had the original BW Scorponok once upon a time and really enjoyed it. This guy is just as fun.

Really diggin the color scheme. Granted, I’m using filters on my pics, but the purple is still nice and lush. The goldish yellow painted highlights look good. I really like the headsculpt, even though it’s a bit apeish. I like that he still comes with his claw accessories too. Just too bad that they’re not spring-loaded like the original. That cyber-bee is tiny too. Probably won’t ever detach it so I don’t lose it.

The scorpion mode is pretty cool. I like how the robot legs twist and fold up to hide in the underbelly of this thing. Love the shade of red they used for the legs and stinger. And those claws……..friggin’ yuge!

The only real gripe I have about Scorponok is that I can’t seem to get his chest panels to close completely. The gap doesn’t feel as egregious or annoying as Tracks’ leg panels, but it’s still noticeable. Other than that, Scorponok is really cool and fun. That’s very important, he’s just fun.

 

That’ll be my Pipes. Add some blue paint and he’ll be good to go. Love that head sculpt.
