What I've meant was a G1fied version of Movie Blackout (Like what they kinda did with Barricade in Siege and Earthrise, but with a mold made just for him), that's why I've included it with the Legacy and after wishlist. In no ways it would replace the incredible SS one, but it could be a template on how it could be done, a bulky voyager sized figure with a huge copter mode. I would buy that specially since I love seeing all of these other characters from other continuities in a more G1 style (RTS Lugnut comes to mind, and apparently we will be getting something similar with the Prime figures in Legacy)

Ok, so this is more of a free-for-all wishlist based purely on speculation. I wanted to contribute, but it seems like a waste of time until the scope and theme are defined.

 

I don't know how well I will convey this, but I really want to see the combiner torsos designed with at least one repurposing planned - preferably into the late G1/G1 leaders.

Motormaster could be modified into a Thunderclash very easily I think, especially if they go false parts for the cab/feet. Could lead to a repurposing of the stunticons for the rest of his team.

Silverbolt into Skyquake, once again allowing for the aerialbots to get reused as the predators.

Hotspot and Onslaught could follow similar engineering from each other, and might allow for a Clench and Pyro to come out of each of them.

This is going off the fact that I'm pretty sure that if we're getting Menasor well probably get other combiners over the next few years.



Apart from that, I'm hoping to see teams fully completed (headmaster jr's, double targetmasters, deluxe Insecticons [if worlds collide 2 is true]) and a new devastator with 4 voyagers and 2 leaders, with the leaders either being Hook and Long Haul or Scrapper and Mixmaster.

I'd also like to see shared engineering across size classes, like Tigatron and Cheetor, specially because I think Needle nose and Jihaxus could work as retools of each other, but I'd want them in different size classes.

 

fun in general is a waste of time.

Leaving aside strongly-rumoured toys such as a Straxxus - on the grounds that the rumour means we'll probably get them one day, I'd like to see...


Core Pretenders, including Roadgrabber (really I'd prefer Deluxes, but Iguanus is confirmed and he's at Core, and I'm one of those poor scale-obsessed fools  );

Deluxe Needlenose, Mainframe (fat chance given the Voyager that comes with the Ark!), Ironfist (maybe Huffer/Pipes height), Ruckus (well we're getting Crankcase...);

I'm actually pretty happy with Voyagers, though I want a chunkier Soundwave so let's see what SSBB brings...

Leader Pyro (maaaaybe retooled from Galaxy Upgrade Prime?)

Commander Broadside (make him a gunboat/destroyer, because for aircraft carriers it ought to be...)

Hmm I’d also like to see, at some point, a chug version of TF2010 Jetblade. Always loved that little fella and would love to see an updated version. Preferably at voyager or leader class scale.


Sadly, there’s a better chance that they don’t make another Optimus or Megatron toy for the next decade, so I doubt we’ll see it.

Hmm… I think I’d rather him be slightly larger at around Victory Saber height, personally. A big beefy guy that comes with Tigerbreast and Eaglebreast (renamed I’d assume). The only way to have the tall, I feel, is commander.

I don't know that I've populated an exhaustive list, but there's a certain couple things I wish had happened... or will... however unlikely.

1. That rumored 2-pack of Glyph and Tap-Out. Tap-Out could be a straight redeco of deluxe CJ, and being realistic I don't see Glyph getting the VW mold... but if not a whole new headsculpt I think the SG Goldbug head would work fine for her.

2. Jurassic Park Crossover 2.0 - take the Selects B.A.T. Grimlock and deco it as blue from Jurassic World, name her Cerulea or something. 2-pack with a redeco of the upcoming Terrorsaur as another dino-fembot. Give Tyrannocon Rex some soldiers... and a better name while we're at it.
