Man...I'm kinda burnt out on the Lighting Collection line with so many exclusive figures.

Target exclusives, Gamestop exclusives, Best Buy exclusives, Pulse exclusives... you wanna complete a Ranger team now, you gotta preorder from like three to four different places.

And seeing the accurate MMPR helmets on the Metallic Armor figures...it would be nice if Hasbro just somehow could mold the helmets in regular colors and allow us to order them rather than rebuy the figures again like you know they'll make us.

Oh, trust me...I dealt with this before with Power Rangers years back...when S.H.Figuarts Super Sentai was a thing. It was only through good fortune on Mandarake I was able to get all of those figures for reasonable prices since "package damaged" seems to mean a slight dent on a box corner in Japan. XD

Even got the transforming car from Akibaranger they put out in that line that scaled with the S.H.Figuart figures.

This one also has options for more articulation. This time it's with joins that slide out rather than parts forming.

My Kiramager Sentai Gear also came in. They threw in a little, bendy Silver Kiramager figure, too.

Please, the Lightning Collection ain't got shit compared to GI Joe. There hasn't been a non-exclusive Classified figure announced since Lady Jaye and Flint, and that was back in Nov.

For Classified, the 5 movie figures were announced after Flint and Lady Jaye, and yes, they count as Classified figures

I'm not going to argue, but those are movie figures, so I don't count them. I was referring to the real figures, but whatever.

Do we know the date Pudgy Pig is going on sale on yet?

On topic for Power Rangers, anyone have any idea when the last 2 ninja forms will go up for preorder?

To be honest every time I see Gaoking/Wild Force Megazord it just gives me that Voltron type vibe, but I'm just rambling. And ooh, more Ninja Rangers.

The whole phenom as of lately, collecting wise, has made me to develop certain "hate" towards either the hobby as a whole or to the brand that produce such items.

Its a pain to get that Classified line period. MOTU Origins? No way Im paying more than 25 and 30 for those little figures. Just not worth it. Power Rangers? Its better to wait for certain items like the Sycho rangers or vs packs if you dont want to get doubles, just a pain.

It's honestly overwhelming. Pretty much everything I can recall coming out is stuck in everyone's preorder pile until next year. I don't even remember what the next actual wave is among the sea of exclusives.

You better believe you'll have to rebuy certain figures for things like more accurate helmets which should've been like that to begin with. It's one thing to release a V2 that improves the mold or be add more accuracy but fixing clear mistakes or walking back their personal creative liberties shouldn't cause you to double dip and be stuck with/have to resell an inferior figure.

Same. It's become such a hassle these days finding anything in store or beating other collectors/scalpers that it's depressing. Then there's all the news you have to constantly keep up with. It doesn't help that the companies that make these things don't try at all to make the experience easier or less of a pain. They're doing just fine so no need to change their business practices for us. Plus the prices keep going up. Some of which is justified but it's not like they'll reverse them when things get better...
