I wish they'd have given him the name Mega-Octane. Because it really seemed like back then that was meant to be Black Convoy's name in RiD since the "Mega" is similar to "Ultra" or "Optimus" and the "Octane" fits that he's a tanker truck.

 

I just realized that of all the non-show character reissues they could do, they picked I think the only two (non-TM/2) characters/molds with zero show presence. We got extraneous remolds, with Sharpedge, Hellscream, and Max-B instead.

 

Yeah, K9's fucking cool. Sharper sculpt, beefier proportions, more intricate colours. I prefer Telemocha Wolfang when it comes to the original tooling.

 

I would love it if Retrax got a reissue and instead of pegwarming sold out immediately everywhere.

Honestly I normally don’t care about vintage releases but that and Cyber Shark may be an exception.

 

Hope this means K-9 and Cybershark are going to appear soon in Generations. Would go well with the Sandstorm and Buzzsaw. Those are coming, right?
Only exclusive that seems of interest is Burnout and that's just because I have been wanting female bots with Earth modes. Cosmos and Black Convoy would be of interest but I already know that road will only lead to pain. Next year is going to be rough enough because this is sounding like a line full of good stuff.
