Honestly worried in how compromised the TM2 Megatron would be

Wasn't that an error though? Even when he actually appeared, he had a different jet design

Sounds about right. It just seems a bit strange that the rest of the odyssey sets were in greater abundance

    No clue on exclusives sorry.

It's basically just trying not to steal Hasbro's Thunder when they reveal the new toys. Same way I try not to leak the Commander/Titan bots as those are big setpiece products for Hasbro.

Elita looks pretty good to me, some might feel she's a bit of a pre-tool (like TR Tank Megatron) but I think she looks pretty good.

Might replace the Netflix Arcee mold version I have or see if I can blend them together.

I still can't believe that we're (seemingly) getting a mold that's designed to be Minerva from the outset, and not getting her as a simple Nightbeat repaint

Dunno if anyone's mentioned this idea, but remember how one of the leakers said that Armada Starscream was a heavy retool of a new take on a core character? What if that character is Soundwave? Cause the listing for Soundwave makes it seem like it might be Prime Soundwave, and he turns into a jet (kinda). But I could honestly see that body build working for him, if it's made a but thinner, more lanky. And having his wings turn into his arms. Might not be show accurate, but when visualizing it it certainly sounds awesome.

    Darn.

I assume it will have more paint than the WFC version at least. Hasbro wouldn't release that mould again in the SS86 line without some changes right?

    ... RIGHT?!

If the shine listings are updates to old designs, it could really only be from starscream or soundwave. That's unlikely though, since I can't think of any continuity that's a major reimagining of the characters that has Optimus, Bumblebee, Starscream, and Soundwave. Shine might actually be something completely new, which is shocking

I would have thought Hosehead would have been a Voyager tbh, what with his alt mode being a fire engine

I feel things are being blown out of proportion a little in terms of how significant the reimagining is here.

I'm thinking more like G1 Starscream and Bumblebee Blitzwing, than say G1 SS vs TF'07 Dorito Starscream.

What are these Shine releases people are referring to? This thread is the first time I've seen them mentioned.

Probably the same place Ironhide, Bombshell, the other guy, Crosshairs, Sureshot, Windsweeper, and Ruckus are. The lines after Legacy. Or the next Studio Series lines.

Apparantly they're going to be the figures released for the new Transformers game Rise. Think the original WFC figures

    I'll do my top 10:
    1. Leader class Jetfire that's as close to his Macross design as Hasbro is willing to go (an update of the Classics or T30 design with modern engineering would be fine)
    2. Drift, preferably based on his Cybertronian mode like the MMC figure
    3. Animated- and IDW-inspired Lockdown
    4. Voyager class Windblade
    5. Slipstream, remolded based on the Animated Seeker design from either ER Starscream or (if her overall build is already close enough) Windblade
    6. Beast Machines Jetstorm, ideally a new mold but could be heavily remolded from Armada Starscream
    7. Leader class Lugnut, basically a larger update to the HFTD design with accurate cartoon colors and a more stable and poseable robot mode
    8. Voyager or Leader class Bludgeon, similar to the ROTF one with a robot mode based on the Pretender shell that turns into a tank
    9. G1 Devcon, heavily remolded from SS86 Blurr
    10. This one's probably the least likely of all of these, but a new Leader class Megatron that finally gives him a figure worthy of standing next to ER Prime. I'd be equally alright with a slightly upscaled take on the Siege/ER mold that gives him better proportions, articulation (specifically rotating wrists and opening hands!), and accessories or an all-new triple-changing mold based on the Super Megatron design that recreates it more faithfully than the Selects remold.
Could the 'Prime' in the listing just be a typo then? It was supposed to be 'Pr' and the person typing it had a brain fart?

You mean the Heavy Metal game?

What's it called? I searched 'transformers rise game' and all I got was Rise of the Dark Spark from 2014.
