Pretty bold accusation to toss out without any links or suggesting the posts may no longer be on the forums, which I don’t think any posts get deleted.

I did a quick search and couldn’t find anything. Can you provide some links please? I’ve ordered from them multiple times, plan to continue to, so I would like to know more about this. Thanks

Edit* I’m not trying to be a jerk, sorry if it may read that way. I’m just trying to get some clarification. Thanks for the help ✌

    @Omega FQ ,
You know you can use tfw's search tool to isolate hits that only include terms in the title right? Also, I typed they might be "locked" which is different than "deleted"

Below are two hits I got after 'a quick search' using tfw's search tool... what prepopulates in google as options when typing in "tfsource credit" into their search bar are even worse results (or informative results depending on your perspective). But I'll keep it contained to links on this site and repeat, "

Also, recommend people that decide to purchase there utilize discretion with their credit cards (perhaps use PayPal as opposed to their credit card directly & don’t store cc info on that TFS profile), as I don’t think they’ve resolved the card theft issues

    (Tfsource security).

Warning about TFsource - Store credit system broken

I can see why some who don't do a lot of third party purchases might not know, but as far as I knew tfsource's credit card theft was an understood fact in the community. Both myself and a relative had our card info stolen from them. What makes it worse is their refusal to acknolwdge when it happens.

You’d probably have to have been here a while. I don’t do any 3P purchases but I’ve been on this board 10 plus years and seen more than few incidents with them to judge for myself as “not isolated”.

We have lots of choices so why choose them?

Thanks for posting. My dumb ass was searching EE, fack.

And thanks everyone for pointing out issues you’ve had or seen.

The forum continues to be a treasure of info I learn from everyday.

While I agree and have used them a LOT in recent times, I don't think we should sweep warnings of such things under the rug. I use a virtual card with limitations when I purchase from them. Just letting people know they should be proactive and protective isn't the worst thing.

The one time i used them, I had an issue. Wasn't credit card. but talking down any negative talk to warn others is lame.

Very good point, and I do agree here, but let's keep this thread on topic and only post deals, coupons, sales and whatever. There are other threads for this discussion. Not here.

    Maybe here:
Gave TFSource another shot and I regret it...

Gamestop has Transformers statues 20% off this week with some figures discounted even further. The 9" PCS Collectibles statues retail for around $50 but Grimlock, Bumblebee and Starscream are down to $23.99 each.

Not a sale but if you missed out on Earthrise Quintesson Allicon or just want to add more to army build, Best Buy has them in stock for $19.99. Currently available to ship and store pickup.

Look at the total on the side. When you add super saving shipping it's $19 but there's also a $19 credit that cancels it out.

Oh dang, I never hit “continue” after the shipping screen because there was no “free shipping” option. Thanks! Hopefully this helps another clueless person reading this thread.

Apply code GAMEWATCH for 10% off. Pay with paypal linked with Discover for 5% cash back. Use Rakuten for additional 3% back. Total will be $113.88 with tax and Free shipping, after getting cash back.

Brings it down to a much more reasonable price. But I'm still on the fence lol..

I was able to get the 15% code, floating around here, to work.

Well, congrats to those that were able to get that (or any) 10% coupon to work... I tried it this morning, and it said it was expired.
    upload_2021-9-21_9-30-17.png

I don't think I used that GAMEWATCH one before, but maybe it's one per user, or targeted users?

Would you please check & share what code you used to get 15% off?
I tried the code for $15 off $99+ purchase (2102212), but as you can see above, I got a message that it was expired (granted I did use it multiple times in the month that it did work for me)

15% off an entire purchase is even better, and if they're restricting it to one per account, then I might be incentivized to open another EE account and use a different card (why not, since 15% off eBay flash sales, that were previously restrictive, no longer exist). :(

Sorry it wasn't 15%. It was $15 2102212. It maybe a one time use only. I just worked for me this morning at 8am.
