I've got Breaker on preorder but honestly trying to decide if I even want him still. The majority of the original 1982 guys ...especially the green shirts... are boring as hell to me, but if I skip him he'll be the first character I actually skip as so far I've only skipped troop builders. *sigh*
If you've already got him I'd probably keep him. The RAM keeps looking better and better, and Breaker could be geared-up a little with the comms set from GridIron Studios if you're inclined (GA0037 1:12 MISSION SET: Communication/ RTO - 9mm AR,Hand Radio, PRC Field Phone, Knife for G.I. Joe Classified Breaker). Even just giving him a sidearm will help add a little more flavour to him. Conversely, if you really don't want him you could always just pass it along to someone else here who needs one. He's been a little harder to find for some than others. Of course, if it's all just too much bother a cancellation is the easiest way to go. No judgement here; I'm still trying to decide if I need a Red Ninja or the re-decos for my own collection, or if I want to have what are easily-filled blanks in the line. At the end of the day if it doesn't work for you that's about all the info you need.
If it’s not a money issue, I’d hold onto it until you get it in hand. At that point decide. Best case you return. Worst case is you cancel the preorder of a Target exclusive that you never find again.

Don't get locked into the completionist mindset. If he doesn't excite you, wait for the next figure that does. I'm good about being selective with figures for the most part but I do struggle with that mindset in my graphic novel hobby. And, honestly, I end up selling most of what I bought for a fraction I paid for it so it's not really worth it. Marie Kondo that shit, for real!
