Random fact: in cynclonus's allspark almanac bio it's blatantly hinted that Galvatron would've happened sometime in the future.
Yeah and its sad it didn't happen but one of the reasons they didn't do it was not just because of season 4 being cancelled but they think they can't top Unicron original voice actor from the the first movie
Unicron is something I wouldn't see animated doing, and if they did, maybe as some type of sixth season or series finale.
Well it was explained it would take place in a future setting for the episode which probably would be a one off thing maybe
Where else did you think I got this info, it also said that Unicron circling around Cybertron and how Galvatron became the new ruler, now that I think of it... What would a official animated Galvatron look like?
Not to take away from what @Inf could come up with for an Animated Galvatron (hint hint, would love to see your take on it) but Derrick J Wyatt did design Galvatron for Animated, this was after the show ended but this is his design.
I just love Wyatt's "not-canon-because-no-new-Allspark-almanac-but-totally-authentic" animated character designs Honestly speaking, this was the thing that inspired me to start drawing Animated stuff as authentic as i can I just want to make semi-authentic design for more obscure characters, like Browning, the whole M.Empress squad (Trickdiamond ♥) and Vertebreak (she really needs more love). This is why i excited about idea of drawing a female animated Puffer, because Puffer is so obscure, he (she? well, waiting for official 2-pack reveal to know for sure) actually isn't even a character (at least yet, once again: waiting for reveal) Also, Animated Pipes and Huffer are Mario references so i probably can design her as reference to one of the princesses
