Soooo, no one's talking about the finale, lots of great lore and character stuff, I'm not even a fan and I liked it.
I think many of us are still trying to digest it and may even be rewatching it a few more times while trying to figure out the curve. Ending was pretty much a cliffhanger.
Definitely. There was a lot of canon in that last episode, and I love how Evil Morty's backstory isn't one about spite or vengeance. Rick's backstory was also completely unprecedented and completely recontextualizes the rest of the series for the better. The Citadel of Ricks separated the universes where Rick was the smartest man in the universe from the universes where he wasn't, thus creating the Central Finite Curve. Evil Morty wanted to escape the Curve to live in a universe that wasn't completely built around Rick as a result of his intelligence.
That won't be the end of it. Likely Evil Morty has a larger plan. Hense why we are trying to figure out how this will play out. Also you saw what happened when Rick's wife got killed. How far would he go for revenge.
It's been a while since I posted. Quick catch up. The show has felt kind of like a mixed bag to me for a while but this finale really gave me optimism for the future. The live action bumpers are great. It looks like Christopher Lloyd had fun.

Why did I not check out this series sooner? Saw the entire 5th Season and I must say, this is one outrageous series. Rick is one crazy and razor-sharp tongued mother******!
