I like Prowl the way he looks in the pics, but will be pleasently surprised if MS did some small redesigning  

 

Same here, i like what I have seen so far but any improvements they did are always welcome.

 

Seeing MS Prowl being newly listed by some of the major Taobao shops recently, with a release date of early December.

Date was also confirmed by one of my regular sellers.

 

Are these new pics? Was kinda hoping they'd change the headlight holes.

 

So, 1 year span (or more) from the last batch of images and nothing did change from the original design? What a let down, man... 

 

If I'm not mistaken, those are the same photos that we've already seen months ago.

Those pics are like half a year old at least. Take any listed release dates or pics with a huge grain of salt.

They may be altering the design for 2.0, who knows. If there’s any new news about the figure it’ll be on their Weibo first. They’ve been procrastinating Prowl for whatever reason.

No one knows what’s going on with Prowl at this point, besides MS’ designer.

 

For me it was always obvious they changed their release schedule because of new age, they wanted to finish their stunticons before newage released even one of their and after that they went straight to combiner war

Not sure what needed to be changed, this is one of the best MS molds to date IMO.

 

Those fugly tampos on the doors. I like everything else (got no problem whatsoever with the headlight holes), but there's just no excuse for the tampographs. Don't know where they got the idea from, but neither the original toy (which MST generally don't try to replicate) nor the cartoon model (which is mostly what MST is all about) ever had "patrol" written on them. And in both cases, the badge emblem was blue.

Anyway, news of some sort of movement is nice. I'd really like my favourite prick, please.

 

Wait a minute, no shoulder cannons either, that's a bummer.

 

give us a re-design of Prowl as impressive as OP v2 and Jazz, otherwise don't bother releasing this!

yeah, no… i'm serious. too many flaws for me to overlook. no wheels behind the shoulders, no shoulder cannons, flattened/crushed junkyard alt mod, and those holes in the wells behind the headlights.  

MS can and has done better recently, so why settle for sub-par design/execution from 3 years ago!

 

'cause they'd have to spend many a doubloon to redesign and retool, and they probably haven't even come close to recouping their tooling cost for v1/Bluestreak.

 

there is a real simple solution for that. just skip it and don't bother posting about it in the thread.
