Never realized how much the yellow dude looks like Prime. It’s like he’s dressed up for Halloween. A la Starscream disguising himself as Optimus in the G1 toon.

They do indeed all have great head designs. Gonna be neat seeing them in accurate toy form  

 

Gotta agree here, though moreso in terms of the prospect.

Design-wise, I think for now it's fine, not great but not bad either, though i'm reserving full judgement until we get some better shots of him a-la Cliff.

Prospect-wise, Unite Warriors height just does nothing but either worry me or keep me uninterested. I was really gunning for Takara to go right up against the Toyworld/Zeta scale and put their's either head to head or fuck, even maybe a bit bigger than that scale. Nope. I get that UW Devastator ended up partly being his own beast and now in a way kinda laid the framework for Raiden, but I feel that they could have gone even a step further.

In short, i'm waiting for more photos, but i'm readying myself to pre-order a second Radiatron set at any moment.

Good lord, man, any company who can make an MP-scale Rail Racer with that look will just get my entire wallet, 'nuff said.

 

Takara hates pantsforming, but Zeta's is also making a non pantsforming +50 cm Raiden... So I don't know why Takara couldn't design theirs with the 50 cm mark in mind.

 

I like how they didn\'t even bother transforming it all the way to robot mode before taking the picture

 

Not sure what train scale Zeta is using, but it might be due to the train scale they pick.

Wow, that might be the single coolest piece of TF art I’ve ever seen…

 

I'm definitely appreciative of artwork depicting the Transformers actual existing/living in our world, instead of no-context smash-em ups in the middle of the desert or against the techno-nonsense of Cybertron all the time.

I guess that was Car Robots/RiD 2001's unique "hat" in the first place, is the greater focus on the Autobots attempting to integrate into urban life.
