That’s absolutely crazy. I attended high school in the mid-1990s in GA and back then economics was a required core class in order to graduate. But that was practically a life time ago before Columbine. I remember in high school we didn’t have metal detectors, didn’t need a school pass to use restroom, could wear hats in classrooms, have snacks, and chew gum during class.

In college we had to take a minimum of 1 economics class to graduate and most people had to take both micro and macro economics.

It seems like economics stopped being taught in the public school systems in the early 2000s.

 

Cybertron prime and Leo...I mean armada was built partly around that idea and energon as well.
Combining gimmicks isn't as rare as smaller into larger.

 

They don't just spring up on you. These people form plans to make x toy by x date. It may not be 3 years but 3 years wasn't really the point.

I’m guessing it depends on where you live. Maybe a state, local government or the school requires you to be taught economics.

 

But what would the point of the crowdfund be if they were releasing it as a retail release? Then they would probably release as a tt mall and on pulse. Unless takara is just going to buy a bunch to sell on their own and add those to the numbers which seems unlikely

 

it’s weird they haven’t done a crowdfund yet. They helped design the figure. Maybe they are confident this will sell in Japan and make this a retail item.

 

I ordered four not long after it went up. I thought the asking price was more in reach than previous offerings. Watch this be the first Haslab that doesn't double in value overnight though.

Not sure what they should do for a follow-up. JPG1 never really grabbed my interest. I guess Galaxy Shuttle or Metrotitan would be neat. But I expect louder voices are going to push for Deathsaurus or Dai Atlas.

 

Rumor has it Deathsaurus is coming as a Leader in 2023 if Victory Saber succeeds.
