Thanks! I think the black lends a stronger visual contrast over the gunmetal and it matches his black bits as well.

Awesome, just did it. Still need to clean it up a little but wow does this make a big difference. It's basically mandatory, totally wipes out the "clown feet" look!

I think that 1, they're looking for a way to up the price for the kit, and 2, maybe also trying to take care of the OSKO thing at the same time.

Sucks that the metal paint on the rest of the figure won't match though. I'll still wait for the OSKO. That way I'll have to do zero work on it.

 

I was expecting that set to be over $60 so i was pleasantly surprised that it was below it. They did not have to do the hips but I am glad they did. My MPM-12 will be close to $180 once it is all said and done :/

So I zoomed in on the upgrade head and the eyes are a bit too far apart. It looks weird to me...

Just grabbed Jolt. He's neat, but those hip panels really are killer. I wish they'd have done something better with that. And yeah, the whips are trash.

I love design!! Aside from the obvious issues it has, it really is the best version of Prime there is, with pretty straightforward transformation. But we as fans/ collectors shouldn't be expected to shell out extra money to fix Hastak's screw up... not for an MPM anyways.

 

I'm thinking if I should buy one from Pulse too. But shipping is a lot of money since I'm shipping to Canada.

Still prefer Thrust looks wise but Starscream is still cool, plus his head can actually turn around.

 

Dude im thinking of the Freedom Leader i could almost get for that price lol. For me the fatal flaw is the squished head. Oh well, I have him!

 

The UK is finally getting the new wave in next week! Looks like Thrust will be arriving first, shortly followed by Grindor. Still no where to pre-order Jolt and Bee though. Hopefully it shouldn't be too long before they're both available.
