Guys did your LS-06's box have a flap on the front? Mine doesn't. I think there's something sketchy about that

I am looking at buying this. How much does the head show in vehicle mode? Is that much of an eye sore?

What's your definition of eye sore? The head is visible in alt mode, which is accurate to the movie, though there is quite a bit of alt mode kibble integrated into the head. On the figure, there is some alt mode kibble that slightly replicates this.

These images might help. One is concept art and the other is from the movie. The head is visible in both depisctions, but you can see just how much alt mode kibble is there as well.

It's worth noting that while the bot mode is pretty faithful to the movie representation, the alt mode is not so much (longer and "thinner" instead of shorter and wider). Great overall figure though (aside from the calf panels that like to fall off).

so is this true? the latter posts still hasn't clarified if LS06S is just a paintjob or if it does have new ratchets.

What Octo says, he has his head on full display as it should! he is gorgeous.

I have him and I can not find any ratchets on him but I have the "normal"version.. I do not see why they would include ratchets on a repaint trough.
That said, he is tight and sturdy and is gorgeous in both modes. While I see why people would want ratchets, I do not miss them on this toy at all..
and something to think about, Shockwave is much of the same mold but has ratchets and is one of the weakest figures around (altrough stunning and I did not have issues with my 2nd one.

But back to Megatron, get him.. he will not be a dissapointment

Just got myself the LS-06S and I'm really enjoying him!
Question for anyone who might know: my arm cannon came with old batteries in it and after removing them fresh batteries don't seem to work either. I'm gonna clean the contacts later.
Does anyone happen to have a photo of their wiring in their cannon arm or might be able to provide one? I need to see where the fault in mine might be.

Upgraded two of my Megs with rusty versions, hopefully Honey Badger MPM will come through with their rusty MPM8 in future too.

Showz shows 2022 so one can hope but i fear you might be right.

Yep, though i asked them today and they said it is still coming. Lets wait and see i guess. I love rusty paint on my decepticons.

I know this is kinda too late, but my LS-06s is now in transit so I wanna know which part I need to take care of. Could you (or any guy in this thread) post a pic of the lower leg plastic tabs that destroys easily? thanks.

    LS-06S and T-10S

Thanks bud but the thing already arrived lol, didn't realize I paid for the premium delivery option. The plastic leg joint is really a bit sus but I think if I don't transform it once a day it won't be broken so fast.

Also the battle damage is less copper, more rustic. I was afraid because when seeing Ben's video I thought it was too copperish and does not fit the movie look, but wow. LS-06S looks more like a screenshot of the movie everytime I see it. It and T-10S looks so good that it makes OS jetfire and BS-02 Megatron look bad lol. These are really transformable versions of 3A.
