Pretty sure we won't. The "leak" sounds fake so far.

Yeah, maybe. You can never tell with anonymous message boards.

I remember I read a "leak" on 4chan once, before TLK was coming out. The "leaker" claimed to have seen a test screening of TLK, and described it in detail. It sounded amazing! Then a few days later, someone else claimed to have seen a test screening of TLK. Their version sounded terrible! The plot didn't make any sense whatsoever, and the events of the film sounded dumb and contrived. It sounded like bad fan-fiction, so I assumed it was. Also it totally contradicted the first "leak", so I knew one of them must be lying.
Fast forward a while later, and I saw TLK in cinema. Turns out the first "leak" was BS and the second was 100% accurate, perfectly described TLK lol

Also the guy left before any other transformers media discussion happened? Like, even if I preferred the movies I'd still be curious to see details on an upcoming transformers cartoon we practically know nothing about.

Either he is a Hasbro paid leaker or how as paid to leak the movie and not anything else or he is lying.

We might have to brace for the possibility that we won't see anything for a while. We're still over nine months out, and that's assuming they don't push the release date back to next December. I wouldn't expect any sort of trailer until at least six months out. Artwork or CGI renders could happen sooner, but the most I'm expecting before then is something like the promo still of Bumblebee that released in December 2017 (of Charlie and the beetle). I wouldn't be surprised if we got a promo shot of the actors with the Mirage car or the Optimus truck, or something like that.

I think we're essentially at the equivalent of March 2018. People are hyped to see designs and trailers and whatnot, but we're probably still a few months out from seeing anything really good. In early 2018 people kept getting their hopes up for every convention and event, and they always showed nothing, or just showed the same promo image. It's fine to hope, but I wouldn't hope too much until around December.

    Yep that's possible.

Whatever happened to transparency. As a major company like hasbro/paramount pictures or whichever studio is doing it why not just tell us and stop this cloak and dagger stuff that allows leaker and others to reveal stuff and even show us stuff before they do.

Anyone would think hasbro didn't want us to know lol. At least regarding transformers. I can imagine the heo saying ah let them find out on their own what we are planning. Lol
