thats good then, it may not be as bad as it seems then. I’ll still be extra careful when transforming him though

Yeah, I already did the math too...
If I hadn't just ordered a new 3d printer maybe...

Not helping! Not listening! *fingers in ears* LALALLAALLALA!

I'd be happy enough if G2 Menasor sports the chest car. But yes, same. And I'm terrified XTB releases them just like that when all else is done.

if you can get all 4 limb bots for about $200, MM for under $100 the only real wildcard would be the trailer, and that's only if you wanted to display them combined or in their alt modes. so $300 minus the trailer isn't a bad all in price, would just have to be patient and wait for the sales on the other two limbs and MM.
I know, devil's advocate and all...but it is possible...

Original release was £154.99 for trailer and £49.99 for accessories...G2 and Youth are £164.99 for the trailer AND accessories - although less alt faces included.

    OG Trailer:
    • 1 x Gravestone trailer
    • 1 x Instruction Manual
    • 1 x Sword
    • 1 x Bio card
    OG Accessories:
    • Replacement Faces for Gravestone x 8
    • Cannons for Berserkars Teammates x 4
    • Cannon Handle Piece x 1
    • Arm Cannon Shooting Effects for Monolith Combiner x 2
    • Shooting Effect for Monolith's Gun x 1
    • Fake Car Shell for Monolith x 1
    • Communicator for MP-36 x 1
    G2 Trailer:
    • 1 x G2 Gravestone trailer
    • 1 x Instruction Manual
    • 1 x Sword
    • 1 x Bio card
    • 3 x Replacement Faces
    • 1 x small car
    • 1 x Gun
    • 4 x Cannons for Flipout/Crackup/Deathwish/Overheat
    • 1 x Handle for Cannon Combination Gun
    • 2 x Shooting Effect for Forearm
    • 1 x Shooting Effect for Big Gun
    • 10 x Fake Shell for Combiner Arms
    • 1 x Communicator for MP-36
    Youth Trailer:
    • 1 x Gravestone trailer - The Youth Ver.
    • 1 x Instruction Manual
    • 1 x Sword
    • 1 x Bio card
    • 3 x Replacement Faces
    • 1 x small car
    • 1 x Gun
    • 4 x Cannons
    • 1 x Handle for Cannon Combination Gun
    • 2 x Shooting Effect for Forearm

I wonder if the new trailers will address any of the issues with the OG, and how good the QC will be?

Just received a payment request from Showz for the youth trailer.
And we still haven't seen the final, correctly painted version yet.

Hmm.. best prices I could find worked out to:
$280 USD, shipped, for the cars
    $130 for MM
    $207 for the trailer
I'm in Canada, so currently looking at about $780 CAD. And currently expecting my total for the G2 set to add up to $835 CAD (got in on Crackup late, so he hurt).

I really _want_ the Youth set. But I really can't justify the Youth set. Sales would have to be pretty damn good. :(

that's what I meant by waiting til they were on sale, buy the two that are on sale now and wait for the others to come up. can get Overheat for $45 and Crackup for $50 from TFS, cheapest I could find Flipout was $68 from Show Z. I think there will probably be another round of sales on these and probably MM and Deathwish around Black Friday for the Christmas sale season, so might not be able to get them all on sale at the same time. But if you can pick and choose I think you (a general you, not a you, you) should be able to get them all for a decent price since I don't think there is as much want for the toy versions as there is for the original set.

So far I've spend about 210 on my second set and that's all 4 limbs.

UK folks, Omegalock just launched a £9.99 pa membership that gives 2% off everything and exclusive stuff.

But they just made it a no brainer for toy version guys

Ugh, TFS. Always better to order from China.
Take whatever the listed price is from BBTS or TFS, and double it. After cross-border shipping, taxes, and brokerage, that's the Canadian $ value I'll pay in the end.
No, ordering from the US is out.

You, Sir, are a truly both gentleman and scholar.

Although all this membership will do is help me justify double-dipping for the youth versions (which I had previously held of from indulging in), because 2% off is clearly all it takes for me to convince myself...

One of the things that I like about the Youth Stunticons set is the packaging of each individual member. It's therefore frustrating to see TFSource shipping my Youth Dragstrip with the upper flap folded down. Now I have an ugly crease at the back of the box. I bought the other 4 Youth bots from Baba, and he took care to make sure that the boxes arrived to me in pristine condition, although he shipped them from China.

    F'in TFSource.

My Youth Dragstrip just broke on the very first transformation. Where? Where else? Man that plastics on the shoulders might as well be cheese. I now fear for my G2 version.

TFSource has really gone downhill then (I mean, other than the whole scalper-y stuff of more recent years). I remember back when they used to be good, and would advertise their "bulletproof" packaging. They'd shrinkwrap all your stuff between two extra sheets of sturdy cardboard just to make sure nothing would get bumped around and bent in the box, and everything arrived immaculately.

    First?

It's more likely the Youth version has not been selling really well, hence very few people have had it in hand to complain about it.

Guess Keith still hasn't bothered to address the engineering or materials issues that result in so many breakages. Sorry for your loss. :(

I believe that the youth version is supposedly less prone to breakage that Toon, but not immune. I don't think any g2 versions have had a problem though. I'm thinking yellow plastic is the issue here...
