    Hasbro has started turning to other shipping options to move some of their stock. But a lot of what they already produced is stuck in the system and "on its way" to retailers such as Hasbro Pulse.

    Decided to check what I have remaining on Pulse. I have The Ark and the remaining SGs. Since I'm on staycation this week, I'm going to go through my collection to see what I may purge.

    My Tricranius sets shipped, but Pulse shipped them to the wrong address. I moved recently, and as soon as I got the “arriving early” email, I went into my account and submitted a change of shipping address for the order. Looks like it didn’t take. Pulse, as long as you’re gonna be dropping things early, you have to let people update their information. This time I lucked out, as I only have to drive across town to my parents’ house to get my Tricranius. But what if I’d moved across the country? What if my old address was inaccessible? I’d be screwed.

    You should have updated all of your orders as soon as you had possession of your new address (within reason). It's not really Pulse's fault in this instance, not your fault either really, just an oversight that happens when moving.

    You would in that case contact FedEx and ask them to intercept the shipment and change the shipping address. I accidentally shipped an item to my parents' house in California and was able to get them to redirect it before it got past Texas, so it didn't actually affect my delivery time even.

    My recent experiences with Pulse suggest that their operations and shipping are not in the same building or even the same state, and that they do not have a good workflow or line of communication between them at all. Frankly, it seems like they are shooting each other in the foot on a daily basis, and the employees must be really frustrated with it, as well. So try and be patient with these folks, they do what they can when they are able.

    In related news, my Battle Across Time Skywarp and Sideswipe shipped about 5 minutes ago (paid for it last night after 10pm). My 4 sets of Tricranius, also paid for last night, have not yet shipped. have now shipped!

    My Mirage 2 pack finally arrived from Pulse! It was shipped on September first, lol. I had already placed a backup order on Amazon because I was getting nervous. It left Georgia and then went to Maryland for some reason, on it's way to Portland Oregon and finally arrived!

    Curious, why are people buying multiples of Tricranius. Is it for the blast effects?

    Let me know if you have problem with the back end of the alt mode remaining closed. Seeing if its a mold issue, or if it's just my copy.

    Yeah, I know I should've changed the address earlier, it honestly just slipped my mind. The "arriving early" email reminded me that I needed to change the address on that order, and the email specifically said that now is the time to "make sure your payment and shipping information is correct". So I found my order on Pulse and filled out the "request change of shipping address" form right away. I've never used this form before when changing an address on Pulse, I've always done it through their live chat. Maybe they were just really backed up, I don't know. All I know is I submitted the "request change of shipping address" form on Friday morning six days ago, and today it shipped out to the old address. I guess my takeaway from this is to always use the live chat to change a shipping address, don't rely on the "change address" form. And, of course, don't forget to update your shipping addresses asap.

    My reissue Beast Wars Megatron arrived today. After transforming him I noticed a large crack on his crotch. I poked it and a chunk fell off.
    I tried using the chat on the hasbro pulse website, but they redirected me to the hasbro consumer care website chat which is closed right now. Does anyone have any experience dealing with hasbro due to a defective product? Is there an easy way to get a replacement or refund?

    YMMV but I contact them last year about a broken ER Starscream. I sent customer service and email and it took them a month to reply. I’m sure others have had better experiences though.

    No, it really takes them that long. I think they also outsource their customer support, so the people doing it can sometimes not understand what is going on.
