nice to see thunderstrike on a avengers team again. Let's hope they don't kill all these guys off.

That looks like Nextwave universe monica.

Also shame no death head as he is a avengers in a what if universe in the first avengers forever series.

Anyone know what is going on with Tales of Wonder's website? I went there today to preorder some omnibuses, but it's not letting me order anything nor are books appearing when I search for them. Even when I go under the Marvel tab they aren't letting me choose Omnibuses.

Hellions #18 marks the series finale with the return of Madelyne Pryo | GamesRadar+

Hellions, one of Marvel's weirdest, wildest, most underrated current X-Men titles is coming to an end in December with #18. In the issue, writer Zeb Wells and artists Steven Segovia and Ze Carlos will bring back famed X-Men enemy Madelyne Pryor - though the publisher is asking whether Madelyne will return as "friend or foe."

"Hellions may be coming to an end, but our team of outcasts are gonna leave their mark on the way out the door," Wells states in Marvel's announcement. "This includes bringing back one of my favorite characters, Madelyne Pryor! And take it from me, this is only the beginning for our Queen…"

Wells himself will be moving on from Hellions to take over as head writer of the so-called 'Beyond Board' of writers who will helm Amazing Spider-Man starting with #75, taking the title thrice monthly. As for the X-Men line, head writer Jonathan Hickman is about to launch his swan song with the line in Inferno, a limited series that will bring together numerous threads from throughout his X-Men run - many of which have run directly through Hellions.

Ben Reilly gets his own '90s Spider-Man flashback title | GamesRadar+

Set during the era of the 'Clone Saga,' Ben Reilly: Spider-Man is written by one of the famed '90s story's original writers, JM DeMatteis, with art from David Baldeón. The title will tell stories set when Ben first took over as Spider-Man for Peter Parker, during the 'Clone Saga' itself, leaving Ben's contemporary adventures to be told in the pages of Amazing Spider-Man, which will publish three times a month.

It's Friday, which means there should be a new comixology digital sale on amazon and comixology. Only that did not happen for some reason this morning. No idea why. I'd have normally expected a BOGO sale, but Labor day came and went without a sale or a BOGO so....

I'm wondering if the usual Marvel cycle of Monday/Friday digital sales is breaking down due to the new Unlimited push. That would be a bummer. I'm not 100% ready to switch to a model where I don't own the books I really care about.

There’s still the Iron Man sale, that doesn’t end till Sunday… and gave up Unlimited not too long ago.

Logging back into it, it’s going to be pain.

Totally, I still want those original Howard the Duck collections and maybe some of those Conan Epic Collections on sale. I need my 70's mature rating Marvel fix!

Yeah, Iron Man is there. And logging back into Marvel will be a pain. I had a breach of an account at Marvel, had to unpair my Marvel and Comixology and repair with a new Marvel account. It was a mess and it makes logging into Marvel an interesting endeavor now. I understand the Unlimited phone app is better now (it was total trash before) but I'm still not going to be happy if that's where I'll have to be heading long run.

Iron Man ends his sale on Monday, let's see what comes next.

There was a new sale today on Comixology. It's an Onslaught sale, and it's somewhat unimpressive. But it's a new sale...

Half of the current writers haven't read many of the old comics and don't bother to do basic research. Hell these days you could look it up on a wiki. Most of their editors don't know much about the character as well. So there have been lots of issues like this over the last few years.

    Reed Richards (Earth-616)
    Yep lists a half sister

Huntara is from an alternate universe, this sister is from Reed's Earth. The dialogue from the comic preview actually addresses this. Having more than one sister isn't a plot hole.

What? You mean if people actually read things and not spew bullshit whining about how these damn punks writing aren't real fans like me they'll find their bullshit is completely unfounded?

There's also the possibility that Slott would make her this current reality/Earth's Huntara also.
