The art is okay, I'm pretty sure that used to be a Bruce Timm illustration before somebody inked all the style out of it.
But that 1996 computer colouring...  

Bruce Timm is a more than capable colourist.
Maybe he was only comissioned to provide pencils for that cover?

Hmm....now that the subject of Bruce Timm's unabashed perviness has been brought up, I was gonna post the cover of one of his collections of nude pin ups, but even though the covers are only "racy" and not all out R-rated, this IS a family forum after all, so I'll just post this cover of an old issue of Hot Stuff instead:



(I think I actually have that issue of Hot Stuff somewhere. I definitely have the two hardcovers of pervy nudes "Naughty and Nice" and "The Big Tease" by Bruce Timm that are still available from the publisher, Flesk Publications, but I try not to admit it in public.)

The Marvel database gave the cover credit to Bret Blevins, an comic artist and storyboarder best remembered for his time on the "The New Mutants" book.

No worries! Bruce Timm did quite a few cool Conan illustrations and sketches. He even did a 4 page Conan comic with Kurt Busiek during the Dark Horse years, "Conan's Favorite Joke". I would post the whole comic here, but the woman in the story's topless through the whole thing.

Might as well put in the second half of that Larry Hama story from #10. There are Amazons in this issue, but they look nothing like the ones on the cover. This was also the final issue of this short lived "Conan" (without "The Barbarian") ongoing.

 

Tom King is barf, but Art Adams drawing Rorschach is as amazing as you always imagined it would be.
