This is a good head sculpt, but the lines on the side of the mouth make it look kind of dumb. Any thoughts on removing those? I think it's silver painted on blue so I can't rub it off, I also considered carefully going with a chrome pen but that might be overkill.

 

I think painting over them in silver might hide them, they look to be filled in with black.
