Thanks for posting pics! I think I’ll get one of each. Tbh I would prefer my orks to be less mechanical… Nice!! What wings are you using? Can Redeemer stand with his default wings without aid? I’m worried because they look kinda heavy.
The smaller wings don’t look as imposing (at least when closed) but they also don’t look as cumbersome so definitely an improvement. So the wings were also from the second Batman Who Laughs figure? If so you did a fantastic job repainting them.
I really wasn't impressed with the Redeemer figure. I'd really like Todd to try again and this time give him properly articulated wings (no, having swivels and bends at the connection point is not "properly articulated"). The figure could definitely use a wash or something to make him less vanilla, too. The wings, too. I like how you did your custom wings @redrum2581
Genius idea. Seconded on wanting classic colours but I’m sure it’ll come. Not convinced the ankles are going to have tilt with that set up but man does it look glorious. 100% seconded!! They’re bringing back the old world in some capacity at some poi t so it might happen, though there aren’t many characters/units that have the recognisability of the 40k factions, I’d say (not that that bothers me at all).

I think it'd be cool for them to do Daemons, like Bloodletters, Daemonettes, Nurglings... That way they could be used for either Fantasy or 40K.
He will stand with the bigger wings using the foot stand.....mostly Body parts for other customs, so far I have 2 spare bodies but I need more wings as I have another "winged" Redeemer I want to do and I still want to do a Wings of Redemption Spawn
Thanks man! Appreciate it! Tbh I'm kinda of a bit disappointed to read that he needs the foot stand to stand....he was one of the most anticipated figures in the line for me as the previous versions were very lacking in articulation.
Yeah but those wings are heavy, he stands great with the wings off, but then there's that ol find the sweet spot to having him stand with the wings, the foot stand just makes it a tad bit easier, I do question how long the ankles will hold up over time though.....I mean I don't have that problem anymore I have lighter wings and he's on a flight stand, 2 flying Redeemers looks good, I think another flying and a caped one will look better though

The old box/book art was pretty iconic, would love if we got figs from the warhammer quest art or whichever (hero quest would be great but hasbro owned I guess).can’t see it happening unless some current product did a callback to a particular bit of art but hey, daydreaming is nice! Oh wow! I love that! I much prefer that take on Gotrek vs the more cartoony art you see sometimes. I hope fantasy gets some love. If not, there's always Mythic Legions I guess.
I was digging around in my parts bins and found a length of plastic chain that was from a vinyl Spawn kit I bought at least 25-years ago. I used most of the chain for it, but had a good bit leftover and saved it. Glad I did... Perfect size!
