BWII Skywarp\Magnaboss Silverbolt are GPS sufferers...  



Anyone have either figure? Are yours still intact?

 

I have Magnaboss. My Silverbolt broke one of the pegs that connect to Ironhide in combine mode, and that's it. I replaced it with a screw, modified the peghole on Ironhide and it works fine most of the times.

I still (very carefully) test Silverbolt's plastic flexibility sometimes and he seems fine so far. I assume he's one of the rare cases of random GPS. It doesn't happen on all the copies and it's not always bad.

This guy is definitely the silent winner of Kingdom for me (not counting Rodimus)

 

Oh wow, that makes me even more glad that I sold off my Korean version numerous years ago (the mold just wasn't doing anything for me anymore).

I don't think I could handle another GPS issue after turning into a combination of the Xandar what is happening meme and the elderly lady WTF computer meme when Megabolt Megatron crumbled and flew away like dust in the wind.

I would really like to see new versions of Magnaboss (with minimal kibble/shellforming) and Tripledacus at some point as well as Big Convoy and Magmatron using current engineering. Lio Convoy and Galvatron from BWII would also be neat. Hasbro/TakaraTomy really need to move past the growing pains of KBW first though.

 

Kingdom is full of fantastic toys but, Cyclonus's transformation alone is carrying the entire Kingdom line which is fitting because Cyclonus also carried the entire Decepticon faction in the animation after TFTM . . .
