(just venting) but i am so mad at Amazon right now. my sideswipe/skywarp set was handed to USPS last Saturday. delivery was scheduled for yesterday. but it wasnt delivered because the driver claims they couldn't "access" my property. whis is total BS. the Sunday driver in my area pulls the same crap every time on the Sunday deliveries. doesnt even attempt to enter the property. then puts it on the truck for the following business day. but since weve got a tropical storm about to hit, the mailman didnt come today. im just hoping they dont lose it. and to make things worse, i saw an Amazon truck pass my apartment yesterday afternoon. seems they could've just delivered it themselves. now im at the mercy of the USPS. really irks me when Amazon does that..

yeah i might have to eventually. im gonna wait it out for a few days and see what happens. once the storm hits were expected to have some flooding for the next couple of days. but hopefully itll show up when the post office gets back to regular schedule after the storm. if it doesnt show up by then, i will definitely be contacting Amazon cust serv..

 

Anyone else have this happen with their Sideswipe set? In my account last night, it showed the transaction to my card, then it showed preparing to ship. This afternoon, the transaction is still showing in the Payments screen, but the order is back to saying not yet shipped. I'm getting a bad feeling about this Chewie...

 

My Skywarp/Sideswipe set shipped Yesterday and is is being delivered today. I didn't get any kind of notification that it was going to ship early. I just noticed the pending charge on my account and got the email yesterday that it had shipped. It still said Nov 3rd up until it shipped too. Very odd.

 

Well, if you talk to CS soon and voice your concern, maybe they can hold one for you, in case.

 

My order I placed on June 1st is still scheduled for November. You're not alone.

 

It will be delivered eventually. I had several packages scheduled for delivery just before and after Ida slammed SELA. All were delivered albeit it a little.

Better to add it to you list or to your cart, and then just watch it from there when Amazon opens it back up. As mentioned, only 3rd party sellers have it.

Contact Amazon and complain. Tell them this is a pattern. It happens in my area too. One Sunday the post office couldn’t deliver because it was a “gated community” and they couldn’t get in. Which is a flat-out lie.
