@ShowZStore ordered the TE-01 at $70. Why the low price on this? Is it the same quality as normal?

Any info on below rumors?

 

Some of that just sounds so random and made up, but until something is confirmed ya never know. I suppose the black nemesis prime & purple shattered glass colors could be leftover because of how fast they were announced, incoming, then in stock. The fact that having got enough orders they are making a batch of fresh original red/blue primes shows they are continuing. Unless it's a last hoorah for the mold!? Why the low price? Shhhh! Are you nuts, we dont question things like that! Even if this is true, I wouldn't expect any deviation in quality, they should be built the same way they have been.

Lastly, why ditch the TE name? There aren't a ton of products under it, but for the most part it received pretty good recognition. What do I know! These factories/designers change or make new brand names as often as changing ones clothes. If they want to change names as often as they make new bots I can see it benefiting the customer because when a new brand comes out there is always doubt if it will be good or not so most products are priced appropriately on the cheaper side whether or not its proven that the new brand is made by a previous well known manufacturer.

 

It's the equivalent of swapping license plates - gotta keep the local fuzz off their tracks. Toyworld did the same for their Bee movie Optimus and changed their name to Tactics Waistcoat.

 

I know that's a supposed tactic but there are so many more reasons why it doesn't make sense than does. Maybe chinese law works completely different and simply doing something like that will save you or the other name. Thinking of the U.S. with instances like this is all I can go by and unless everything is different and separate, there would always be a link by ownership and paper trails leading two brands or companies to each other. If a company like Hasbro ever feels like you've stepped on their toes and want to stick it to ya, they dont need a 3rd party companies release being close to theirs to be a reason and time and space doesn't make copyright infringement disappear and no one figure over another would be more risky. When it comes to this subject i believe there is a lot more to it than we know. I also think that 3rd party companies making their own designs are not on the radar as far as causing trouble for Hasbro. I very well could be wrong and the rules & regulations are totally ass backwards over there allowing them to skate by with a simple switcheroo, it just doesn't sound right.

 

I don't want to bog down this thread with my thoughts on how things work over there - it would be too much! My general theory is that certain factories get targeted by authorities and other factories and/or companies pay Hasbro to look the other way. Of course I'm not a lawyer or have much evidence other than reading things over the years. And I'm also more than likely wrong about some or all of it. I'm a buffoon in an adult body.

 

Has anyone used the new Canadian shipping? Its said to be better and faster? My order "shipped" on the 4th and it still hasn't even been picked up yet. Some label has just been printed. Pretty brutal lol

 

Well, it was printed on a Saturday, so that's 4 business days, which is not unheard of.

It also depends on what you ordered. Small items use a different service than bigger items. The last small item I got arrived in 1 week.

If speed is a concern, you should probably never really order from China. They do their best with the available services, but anything can happen between China and Canada.

Will Show.Z be getting the DX9 Omega Supreme reissue?

 

I've been ordering from showz from the get go and have nothing but great service from them. They are my number one go to store! Just curious as all as they've stated very recently the new shipping to Canada was actually quicker and more reliable than before.

One thing to note is that tracking is generated usually here in Canada while the item is enroute using a different method. It goes to showz’s distributor here then the label is affixed and taken to Canada post. Or so I think lol

 

Is there any chance that they are going to offer the TE-01S Sleep mode prime? I was looking for one since it seems like there won't be a MP-44 KO of this figure.

 

That could be but I've ordered tons of stuff from them and that's never really happened. I have had it where the tracking they provide is the Initial tracking number and once it leaves China it stops but then don't have the canada post one to continue tracking to myself. I've had to email showz asking for it which has never been an issue and totally don't mind.

 

Been par for the course for me with ShowZ this past year. Generally I get a shipped notification and then no tracking info for the tracking number until 7-10 days out. Perfectly normal from what I've seen.

Any idea if the Shadow Fisher SFM-04 MP-30 Ratchet Upgrade Kit or the Shadow Fisher SFM-03 MP-27 Ironhide Upgrade Kit will ever get re-released?

 

Has anyone got their Legendary toys Bumblebee? I got mine yesterday and it's got lots of issues. One of the screws had fallen out of his chest and the hole is stripped so the screw won't go back in there. And one of the tabs that clips one of those side pieces into the chest is also warped so I can't transform it correctly. The left arm was really really loose on the swivel joint and the upper shoulder joint as well. Also the clamshell that he was being stored in was crushed but the box wasn't. I've owned this figure before and didn't have any of those issues with the last one. I've reached out to showzstore and hopefully they're able to take care of it for me.

 

@ShowZStore any idea on the final price of paradise world accoustic wave?
