Probably, although we have seen a G2 version, but with black treads and silver OX thighs (which both look better imo) and a different shade of yellow.

me too, as well as the two Aerialbots. Annoyingly, 4 different packages flying across the world.. all posted on the same day from the same place...

 

The guy who attached the DX9 bots to the NA swimsuit has posted a video showing what he did. There's some drilling and cutting/shaving involved, but certain tabs fit well without mods. All bots except Bonecrusher require some modification in order to fit the swimsuit:

Scavenger: Enlarge the hole for the combined hand by drilling so it pegs to the arm




Mixmaster: Most complicated. Need to install a 5mm peg, and remove a small part from the NA swimsuit





Scrapper: Peg is the same for the DX9 version, but need to shave part of the DX9 bot leg for clearance




Hook: Remove the DX9 Devy Head and crane arm/chestpiece. He also reattached the crane arm so it sits on the shoulders of Devy. Shortened Hook's arms also. Otherwise, everything fits well. even the tabs




Long Haul: Remove the torso, just keep the legs, so it fits the swimsuit




This mod probably works if you don't care about maintaining the DX9 bots and only want a combined mode.

it's not super obvious in photos, but the greens are very different .. muted olive vs bright green... it would bother me to have two shades.

 

I wonder if the ox legs are swappable…

 

yeah i thought they were just covers like the MS set.

 

Didn’t know the ms set was just covers, I thought it was a whole different codpiece with multiple differences. But cool if it is…I think I just learned something lol

 

yeah i would assume it is exactly like the Menasor setup.

i even thought that was how the bonus stuff was shipping. i guess brovid got in the way of that... 

but from the pics and stuff everything looks the same to me.

 

Funny all of the shipping notices and different combos, I received my shipping notices for Longhaul/Hook + ZT Skydive but not the NA Devy body or the ZT Air Raid.

 

You'll probably get your notices for them very soon. I got mine for NA Devbod this afternoon, shortly after I posted my message here.
And my Aerialbots also shipped the same day, in two separate packages.

 

Got my Hook, Long Haul, and the combiner piece from Toy Dojo in the mail today. I'm amused that I've finished the NA Devastator set even before I've even gotten any of the MS Constructicon (the first of which should finally arrive this week!)

Its funny that because of the partsforming, NA Devastator will be about as tall as its MS counterpart, despite the smaller bots. Oh, and it was a PITA re-assembling Menasor for this, so one thing I hope MS improves between this and Devastator is the tabbing. NA Devastator came together quite well, I'm going to be annoyed if MS Devastator has the same fitting problems as Menasor.

Also, seeing these two together, I'm gonna need a G1 style Legends Bruticus. Sorry War Giant, you're just not gonna cut it against these guys!
