no. He doesn’t need to be balanced perfectly. He just needs to be balanced (same as every figure ever). He has better internal balance than your average legends figure imo. The line as a whole has shitty balance. This is one of the easiest legends I’ve owned to get stable without a base or arm. But if your expectations are figuarts level balance and posing, you’ll be disappointed of course. I’ve yet to handle a large scale figure like this that can do much dynamic posing and this is no exception there.
Using your figures…which 5 X-Men… would be your dream team? Below would be mine…so thankful Target sold Rouge again so I could finally complete this set. In my minds eye, this is exactly how I would want them to look in a comic together -best representation of each figure (IMO) If I had to pick 7
Is there anyway to take the knee apart? I feel like ptfe plumbing tape might be able to help with that wibbly looseness.
I really wish Beast had a second head like the latter Gray version release did. It's cool he looks like he's in the middle of a fight, but when I generally think of McCoy, I tend to think of him in the middle of reading a book or paling around with Wonder Man.
Totally agree on blue version of beast…wish there was an alternate head. Most of these figures have been in a storage bin - due to limited display space, enjoying having the out, may have to kick out some transformers from main display…
I'd take you up on that but I haven't found it for the clearance price yet. There's a few at my Target, so I'll keep checking this week.
My 5* And My 7 would be: *My 5 would actually include Kitty Pride instead of Beast but I don’t have her figure yet until the Excalibur set comes out.
So today 2021 this is my favorite version of storm…and the one I most Identify as Storm. Back when this story arc was playing out …I absolutely hated this Storm…….hated this story……but honestly have to say, that story arc impacted who Storm was to me as a character…and I guess the emotion it sparked in me as a reader had a lasting impact… Just rambling. Today this Storm’s story arc is awesome…it is a great story…for a great character
Me too! It'll be the day before I leave for Vegas for a concert, but I'll have a couple days off when I'm back next week to have fun tinkering with it. I'm so excited, even with the knee stuff, to get to experience the sheer size of this thing in- person soon.
I rearranged my Avengers/F4 Villains shelf today. I added Super Skrull thanks to @Maximus Danz and finally opened Red Skull. I left a little bit of room for hopefully 2 Skrull troop builders and Psyco-Man next Spring. For my needs, it's nice to have mostly complete ML collection, other than the odd figure here and there.
