Recently got into lightning collection, mostly cause of the upcoming tmnt crossover. Anyways was thinking of using my gamerverse velocity suit Spiderman as a updated 1977 toei Spiderman (basically as a power ranger)

Was curious if anyone had an opinion/ suggestions about repurposing a transformer figure into Leopardon. Original figure transformed from Cat-spaceship with deployable car into robot but open to suggestions. The closest figure so far has been Victory Lio IMO.

 

First thought isn't actually TF, I was thinking Battle Buffalo with Epsilon suit as the head from the Diaclone reboot. No idea where you'd get them though since they came out ages ago. Mandarake doesn't have them and they usually have a nice selection of the reboot figures for decent prices.

Second thought is again Diaclone reboot but either the Tri Dasher or Digger. They have that general blockiness with the window chest and you can probably fudge the flying tiger mode. Then maybe track down PRID cyberverse commander Wheeljack(the red and white deco) as the little launching car.

With the rumors of the new Wal-Mart exclusive line from Catz, I'm thinking of picking up the whole thing. However, since I don't really collect Armada, does anyone have any ideas for a G1 bot for Armada Blurr to stand in as? Also Burn out if I get an extra one?

 

I use energon Arcee as Andromeda. White with the pink head, so I figure it’s close enough.

 

If you aren’t apposed to building model kits the Super Minipla Leopardon is relatively cheap on Japanese sites. The final figure stands about deluxe size.

Otherwise maybe Generation Selects Zetar might work. He has similar colors and you might even be able to spruce him up with parts from other Weaponizers

Got him today at cybfest 2021,Any ideas for him,with a titan master with a titan master for a head? (No SG suggestions)

Or perhaps elevate poor little Processor from Mini-con hell: Processor (2004) - Mini-Con - www.tfu.info

As for heads maybe Clobber or Apeface for Terradive and Necro for Processor. I dunno you could get a faceplate from shapeways, there are literal dozens of choices for more generic faces.

 

I think this suggestion nails it. Processor switches from Mini-Con to Head/TitanMaster, his size doesn't even need to change.



He gets a full TF-sized Transtector that resembles his previous altmode. Perfect.



For a head, I'd recommend Titans Return Repugnus. His colors are a perfect match, and the head of the later-released full-size Repugnus actually has a different face.

Mini-cons are perfect for repurposes. All you need is a figure with the same color and similar alt mode and bam, you’ve got a new character.

 

An idea I've had for ages now is the Cybertron gold Vector Prime as Sentinel Prime, that's who I've repurposed him for, might work for others too
