Yeah. Mountains of Madness might be my favourite of Lovecraft's works, so I hope there's a decent big screen adaption some day.

    Morning All,

That’s Slag, Wreckgar and Gnaw balance paid with C&C like others have.

I checked Pulse to make sure no safety orders with them. Just Wreckgar cancelled. I have x2 Gnaw at the processing stage with them. What’s the chance they mess up the payment?

    Old you say...

If it's any consolation I enjoy garden centres more than toy shops these days.

At this point I'm gonna stop asking questions and just be happy. They left it with a neighbour, despite me never saying I had neighbours it could be left to. Still, yippee!

Underrated bit of highly enjoyable schlock IMO, Jamie Lee Curtis in lead plus always up for some elder Sutherland Ham!

Went in cold to both Spring and The Endless and enjoyed both, particularly the former. Definitely not where I expected it to go!

I still haven't combined mine. Or installed the tighter joints. I think the thing is that I have no attachment to Star Saber the character, he's just a cool design that hits all my buttons (cool jet combing to be a bigger jet, cool robot with sword combining to be a bigger cooler robot with a bigger sword). But in terms of Ultimate Final Combination, Victory Saber always seemed a bit... meh, compared to something like God Ginrai. It's just a backpack and some platform boots.

(Plus I scratched the gold chest bits on Simba the first time I tried to transform him).

I love Power Baser + Gor Armor, but I can't help but think that in terms of an actual toy both him and Victory Saber just become a bit too unwieldy at that scale. Lovely display pieces though.

Also, in case no-one else has noticed, Ocular Max's Springer (Saltus) is in stock at Omegalock. I lasted about twenty minutes before ordering. Let's see if the great run of Springer toys continues...

Oh yes, the "we're all one big family" and "we care about our staff's welfare" bullshit rapidly goes out the window once profits are under threat. Good luck in (I assume) finding another role mate!

Haha! My sober voice talks me out of stuff. Drunk voice on the other hand.... Everything is a great idea! :lol

    Me too

Very old, not particularly good photo, but the only one I could find of my 3.75 Guardians lineup. It's a shame Hasbro have abandoned the 3.75 lines (other than Vintage Collection to placate the hardcore SW fans). I do have the MCU guardians in 6 inch scale, as that was the only scale you could collect the full team.

@kgorman79 and (I think) @SJW we were discussing the Wheel of Time a few months back, have you seen the trailer for the Amazon series?
    I'm cautiously optimistic...

Ooof, no, far too much maintenance all that. I'm of the opinion that vegetation is fine everywhere except around my house.

I combined them before installing the new joints, and it almost crashed on its back. It's dangerously unstable without the new joints, I guess they didn't want top openly say that KFC VL couldn't really be combined without working on joints replacement.

I never watched a single episode of Victory, but I got a KO of Saber as a child and I always wanted to combine the bigger toy. MP-24 is designed to be played with, and it's a lot of fun.
Compared to God Ginrai, Victory Saber is missing chest and forearms armor. But Star Saber already comes with huge forearms, so that would be redundant, and new chest armor would be unnecessary because of Saber's own gimmick.

Right, I guess you should discard it then

The great thing about MP-24 and KFC VL is that they are as playable as Legends God Ginrai, despite being so huge.

Nice! Is the Groot customised? (I think the trim was white originally?)

I might have got carried away with my 3.75” versions:

How the HELL did I forget Rampage?  I OWN him :lol

I suppose in my defense I'm not terribly familiar with G1 Rampage.

Happily , Tiger Crabs are a thing :lol  Tiger Crab Mobile Artillery!

  Seems somewhat appropriate with all the horror movie talk :D

I'm sorry, you'll have Dinobot's what? in your hands next week? o_O :D

...sorry, that was a shitty joke

On the discussion of Victory Leo Sabre's combined mode, I think Great Exkaiser (1990) and Super Fire Dagwon (1996) probably did the super combined modes (boot bots) better. But you wouldn't have got to these without Victory Leo Sabre.

To this day it's still hard to find a better combiner than Ginrai to Super Ginrai to God Ginrai. Those three tiers are all awesome.

While the two Brave guys above do have smaller robot cars at their core, they are covered and don't add anything to the final modes in the way that Ginrai does. Fire J-Decker from the Brave Police does a decent job of keeping Deckerd (yes, Blade Runner reference) involved in the combined mix.
J-Decker himself is a major influence on Star Convoy.

I miss my Brave toys. Stupid pandemic keeping me in this country.
