Yup, Energon with G1 Hoist head and gun hand. The wings are held on with rare earth magnets.

Earthrise Ironhide and SS Grimlock up!!

Hopefully, ER Soundwave will be soon and then ToyHax will be through the backlog and can concentrate and newer releases like Blurr, Kup and Slag.

    Two things.

First one. I had a eBay alert set for Reprolabels Alternator Rampage for the longest time. I had completed my Alternator/Binaltech/Kiss Player/Alternity collection a couple years back to 100% and had gotten extras of the alternators for the conversion or upgrade sets and Rampage was the only one no longer for sale at that point. It finally appeared within the last two years so I have my full collection now.

second thing. How much is not batting an eye at Haslab Unicron to get the research done?

That's great! I love the old Alternators sets, especially the conversions.

Not sure what you mean. Are you asking how much they spent on Unicron?

Yes. I was curious since you alluded that they paid way more than they should have. Or can you not say.

Out of Idle curiousity - has anyone noticed if the container number sticker sheets supplied with some Diaclone Reboot toys have ever been duplicated / KO'd as they is barely enough numbers included to cover the number of containers that are made and even more so if one factors in Mech fans toys boxes too.

I'm sorry, but you're right. I can't say. But, if they haven't already, they will make that money back thanks to its research as you pointed out. I'm on a shoestring budget and have been for a long time, so figures with triple-digit MSRPs may as well be unicorns to me, hence my jeering.

    Earthrise Runabout
There was talk for a while of doing an April Fool's day special label for a Knight Rider KITT scanner on the front. The gag was going to be the size of the label sheet and the specificity of the instructions would be comically overstated for one simple, obvious label.

    Crossovers Gigawatt
I'm admittedly a bit bitter about this. I did a tonne of research on the Ecto-88, featured in Ready Player One, and none of it is included. We also talked about doing different sets for each of the Back to the Future movies. Doing the different wheels from the 3rd one would be impossible, but I guess that got axed too. At least the set is cheaper this way.

    G1 Sky Lynx Upgrade
They started that before I was hired in 2019. Yes. Really. Looks good though. I'm so glad the cab of the alt mode of the Lynx bit finally has detail.

    Generations Selects Cordon and Spinout
The boss was adamant to do a certain Mobile Police reference for Cordon. Surprised he didn't take it further, but it looks nice as is.

Would totally have bought a trilogy set for Gigawatt that sounds great.

My favorite set was the one turning TR blitzwing into Tarn really works for me

Right there with you. My favourite was the Thunderclash conversion for CW Battle Core Prime

Liked that one too. Very colorful.

I have a question. Is there any chance we might see G1 toy accurate sticker sheets for the older MP molds?
I know I can buy the Prowl ko and such, but I prefer the more vibrant colors and windows of the + versions. And MP Wheeljack never had a toy deco.
I bought an ocean dry rub sheet for him, but they are pealing off.
It would be smashing if I could buy a sticker sheet from Toyhax to replace those dry rubs.

    Reprolabels Set Idea
Bit of a far cry from realistic, but I figure I may as well post my ideas for Reprolabels sets here. If anyone at Reprolabels is actually reading this, you have full permission to use any and all ideas in this thread. I wouldn't post them publicly if I wanted them for myself. I just want to see them made, really.

    Generations Selects G2 Ramjet
Conversion set into the Warrior Seeker from the Transformers Devastation video game. All you'd really have to do is cover the teal.

ToyHax really picking up the pace lately. Netflix Soundwave revealed today, which I ordered immediately along with a couple older sets I've been looking at. I've got Huffer, Blurr, Cordon & Spinout, Runamuck & Runabout, G2 Sandstorm, and Crosshairs on the way too.

That's great! They moved their main office and got a lot of new staff, so I guess they've finally worked the bugs out and started cranking out the goods. They're good looking sets too.

I was so happy with the pilot name on the G2 Sandstorm set. You mean the Siege Crosshairs right? That's a great set!

Yup, Siege Crosshairs. I was late to the party picking him up, so he was one of the sets I've had sitting in "Save for Later" for a while.

    Ebay:
I have a question about "Out of Stock" products. I was hoping to get a set of Combiner Wars Aerialbots labels (have to buy each individually) but Firefly has been "Out of Stock" for ages now with no reprinting in sight:
    Labels for CW Firefly (toyhax.com)

I was under the impression that Toyhax would simply reprint a few at some point but like I said it has been "Out of Stock" for so long now I kinda doubt it. Perhaps these toys are so old they figure anybody who wanted stickers has already bought them and are letting the remaining stock dwindle.

Should I e-mail someone and ask about future availability of this particular label or should I continue to wait and one day it will in fact be reprinted? Do you happen to remember how frequently "Out of Stock" labels were reprinted? Also, I assume there is a system in place that alerts the company that a label is not available and needs to be reprinted again?

You absolutely should send an email. There are thousands of products in inventory and printers die all the time, but they always prioritized printing out of stock labels when I worked there. They could have run out of a required stock which could be difficult to get a hold of. Believe it or not, the mirror silver stock they use in most of their sets (including Firefly) is really hard to get a hold of. Sets going out of stock was a regular occurence for a deluge of reasons, many of which weren't in their control.

Sending an email asking specifically for that set and mentioning how long you've waited is the best way to get the ball rolling. Mention the model number, TH2006. I hope they sort this out for you. I'm so sorry you've been waiting so long.

I always loved the more creative sets like that. The TLK Nitro to Thunderwing conversion was a personal favourite. I would have loved to see a set to convert TR Hot Rod with a Ptero Titanmaster into Point Blank, then again I'm a big fan of Point Blank.
