I see a lot of comments in regards to P+ GGG: Overpriced Not anime accurate (transformation-wise) Awesome articulations Better style/aesthetics etc... Honestly speaking, if it looks good to you (regardless any comparison to other toys or anime), you can afford it (without leaving your children hungry), and your wife APPROVES (smashing the safety glass button - Mikoto Utsugi style), then go ahead and get the toy!!! Otherwise, save your hard earned $$$ for other toys!!! That's my 2cents.
It's so stylised and does things so differently that I really don't think it's a direct competitor to the soc. If you want an animation accurate Gaogaigar that comes with all the bells and whistles, then the soc is a no brainer. Pose+'s attempt feels more like a metal build with the bonus feature of being able to transform i.e. the real draw isn't the really the transformation.
I had the SOC GGG and loved it when I held it however the head was just too plain turned me off - sold it to fund other bots. I love GGG even though I didn't grew up with it, only knew him via SRW Alpha 3 and was like - oh that's a cool bot! Watched I think a few episodes and planning to finish it later on. I succumb and bought it! Sold a few TFs to fund it, just the pure detail, and a transforming poseable beast! Looking forward to it! My first Pose+ Will wait for your review Kuma!
Received my 1st Pose+ figure. And damn, this thing is such a great figure. Feel like getting their Gaogaigar now
Should get my GGG tomorrow. Have all the pose+ except for Gold Lightan, their first and weakest figure under the POSE+ Line.

Oh nice!! How much was it for Taobao - I wasn't able to afford 52K yen PO price from AE - but got it for 58K and 9K yen EMS shipping but with covid delays - it takes almost a month to get stuff here - DHL is like 16K yen lol
That was the TB price for PO (1st batch). But looking at the current stock price (not PO) across TB, looks like it has gone up around 3600rmb (not including tax/charges/shipping).. Unless go for the PO for the 2nd batch (2022).
Man, it looks so good but I just can't see myself having two massive GGGs. Now... if they did a GaoFighGar I could be tempted.
