If you’re interested, this seller is legit. I think he only has one left and it’s a great price. I ordered a second one from him this week and it got here from Hong Kong in four days. I ordered my first copy in January and it arrived in five days.

My first one had two of one face and my puppy chewed up the toon chest plate. Obviously there’s nothing an eBay seller can do as far as getting replacements from Takara. I otherwise loved the figure so I wasn’t going to send it back over a missing toon face and toon chest that I was rarely going to use.

I eventually broke down and bought a second one that arrived today. I’m giving the first one to a friend that is on need of a pick me up.

But you won’t find a better price for this, and this seller is all good.

 

I wish it was MP-29+ at THAT price.

Yep, I would have jumped all over that. But I’ll be glad to have this guy complete again. I’m kind of OCD about that. And I hit up the seller, every single domestic retailer and out out the bat signal on the junkion exchange. I even tried to hit up Thew to sell me the alternate parts. I’ll only pull out the alternate parts once in a great while but there’s no way my first copy was ever going to be complete again.

Silly thing to get hung up on but we all have our flaws and irrational behaviors.

Yeah, I think that I'm going to have to buy Vanilla 29 again at one point. I HATE the stickers, I really do. Color is fine if you ask me but the #1 selling point of 29+ is tampoe'd Insignias.

 

One person selling it on eBay, £270... No way. Hopefully it gets reissued.

 

There is a Philippines shop selling it but I'm unsure if its legit, never used this site before but works out £130 on conversion.

This is the seller that I got mine from a little over a year ago! Shipping was very quick and it's the real deal. I'm very happy that I did it too, MP36+ is fantastic!

 

oh wow didn't realise mp29+ went for so much but an ebay sold listings search shows it does and seems to be rare that it is listed

 

Second copy came in. All is good. All the faces are there this time. And this one doesn’t have the lean at the mushroom peg in the waist that my first one had, nor the scratch on one of the con symbols that my first one had. Paint is a little less clean on the upper legs than the first copy, has a few tiny blemishes out of the box, but on the whole it seems to be better.

 

To say I’m stoked is an understatement:







I have wanted this MP for the LONGEST time and man it feels GOOD to finally own it.

I will get to play with it later today.

A board member hooked me up with a MISB copy, it even includes the coin! I only opened it for a bit and the colors are GORGEOUS!!!

I considered it but there’s a Ratchet joint in the knees and a transformation joint inside the thighs. I’m okay at disassembling and reassembling that stuff but I feel I may do more harm than good here.
