Yes! But, where?

 

Show Z took care of me. Mine seemed fine for nearly a year, then one day I picked him up and both his legs basically fell off. A year later Show Z was still able/willing to get me the replacement parts (my understanding is the second run may not need them- mine was first run).

 

Good luck there. Every version so far (not that there have been many) has had a vehicle that seemed small compared to the corresponding vehicles of figures that scaled about right in bot mode. I have a sneaking suspicion he's a problematic one who will never be quite right. I'd love to be wrong though.

 

It looks like all the new figures in MPM and SS are trying to reduce the kibble in bot mode by having a smaller altmode in comparison to the bot figure, just trying to fit the big bot in a smaller vehicle... A good example is the difference between MPM-4 and the Leader Optimus: the bots are almost the same height, but the Leader has a much bigger truck. That´s the only way to get a more accurate figure, I think...
For this figure, it means the bot will surely be too big to scale with Mpm-4, but the trucks will probably scale reasonably good. Just have to wait for more comparison pics. Or, in comparison with BA or BMB OS, it will look very good in bot mode comparison but too little in altmode. I´m also very curious to see, I have LT-02 as my main Optimus and I don´t want to change it

 

So, am I the only one that's noticing the hinges on the extra back cape pieces? Are they going to be able to bend and allow for some dramatic poses?

 

Looks good but is a bit too big for me as I have LT-02 as my Prime.

 

I wish Hastak would do ROTF Prime and borrow Black mamba's improvements. I'd be fine with LT-02 if it incorporated the Black mamba fixes, but the differences just bug me too much. Also, I suspect that the upcoming Threezero may end up becoming my MPM display as he appears to be about the same size.

I'm ok if bot scaling doesn't match the movies. Sounds like I'll be picking this up, if the reviews are good...

 

It will look so much better with ls06 and ls03. Finally some OS figures after a long time. Hopefully we'll also get an os of MPM Ratchet to scale better with bmb ironhide and optimus

 

I´m also looking more for altmode accurate scale. The bot can be displayed to look bigger or smaller, with a brick of a truck there´s not much you can do!!
I never Po´d a new figure, I simply don´t trust enough!! I´ll also wait for reviews on Youtube and on the forum. It´s a Black Mamba product, they normally don´t go sold out quickly.

 

This figure looks so good, I like to imagine that if Unique Toys ever made a Sentinel Prime, It’d look like this guy since the original SS sentinel had that “turn everything inside out” transformation similar to my UT figures. Wish they managed to somehow move his torso tires up somehow but for an SS OS, this is great

this should really be like $80-90 max in my humble opinion. Maybe ShowZ will do a sale and I’ll grab him but as it stands that’s a tall order. Curious what others think

 

It's most likely due to a lack of resources. EVERYthing has gone up in price across the board, especially manufacturing. Not to mention the lack of a workforce due to outbreaks over there. Most places don't pay overtime but if they do, they'll work those people to make up for the lack of a workforce right now, which cuts into the bottom line, etc.

Plus the paint apps, etc. It sucks, a lot, but this is where we are right now.

 

Yeah it’s why I’ll probably wait till ShowZ do a sale or something. I ordered the Mechanical Alliance Soundwave from them since they had it almost 20% off which I found to be way more reasonable and that’s a unique mould. Will probably wait for them to knock the price down by $20. Or if the reviews are positive I might use my points towards it. Looks good though I must admit

 

$120 seems pretty reasonable to me. Seems a good price for him assuming the reviews and impressions are good.
