I'm in Australia, but the pics of Walmart shelves could easily be my local K Marts and Targets (when they were open, thanks COVID)...fully empty or a small handful of the same figure.

It's hilarious that this is the only aisle these assholes haves camera in - the one that NEVER EVER HAS ANYTHING.

Target wasn't much better but at least they don't have a stupid camera watching all of the nothing.

Edit: I hit another Walmart after this. It's usually a dump but, between Walmart, Target, and Home Depot, Walmart was the only place that seemed to carry that Pledge/Future floor polish. Of course both were out of it. These stores are all out of alot of the same stuff. Figures, Legos, bath towels, floor polish, shelves, Dr Pepper, fabric softener, you want it, they don't got it.

Your faith in little Timmy is off the charts, hahaha. If anything, little Timmy will ask for a videogame and thats it.

That Sideswipe down there. Bottom shelf, to the right.

How old is that thing? Is that when they last bothered to re-stock properly?

That’s Cyber Battalion Sideswipe from 2018. It is only sold at Walgreens in US.

What Transformers section? They’re absolutely nonexistent in my local major stores. Distribution flat-out hates me and it’s to where I say f**k them back and order online from now on

The Target near me actually had some stuff out today. New stock of the SS Thrust and Wreckgar, and some Buzzworthy 2-packs. But those aside, the pegs were empty. No Cyberverse, Kingdom, SS, nothing.

Walmart’s transformers section is nonexistent. Seriously. They had nothing. I had to do a double take because I thought I missed the section. Nope. They literally had 0 transformers.

The sad state of my local Transformers section.
No, this is not a photo from last year, this was earlier this afternoon. Wave 1 earthrise is the newest wave they have stocked (and i'm not into the Cyberverse things, but I think they have been there for a long time too). And it's the same at other shops of the same chain.

    I can relate

My first SS70 Starscream was returned. QC issues with the wings made it impossible to pose without them going limp. Also managed to break those weird trapezoidal white pieces in his abdomen that attach to the gun in vehicle mode.

2nd time around is better, and Thrust is even better. That said, the black null rays on both figures are WAY too loose and come off far too easily. Would have also been great if Thrust’s cone head would have allowed for some more neck movement

The way this mold holding the main gun also looks terrible. The main gun don’t seem to sitting flush with the arm and the wrist that holding the gun easily bends down (on my copy) due to the weapon’s weight.

This is BBM Thrust holding the gun properly, and it still looks too weird for me.

The gun is flush with the top of the forearm. It’s the angular bottom of the forearm and the hollowness of the rear of the gun which makes things look…off…

Still grateful we have a Seeker figure with waist movement though
