I don't think any of them are getting a domestic release in those specific forms - licensing prevents Bluefin from bringing retail Marvel Figuarts to the US unless they hit a particular price point. That's why in the US we got so many releases with extra accessories packed in and such, to push them into $80+ territory.
Oh, I forgot about that. Seeing how the gold and black suit is like $60, I guess Bluefin would want to throw something huge in there to Jack it up to double the price.
Woke up when pre-orders dropped and managed to get SHF Mando and Black and Gold Spidey at AmiAmi. Wanted to order them together since they release in the same month. Tried to get the Integrated Spidey suit from AmiAmi afterwards but was having troubles. lol. Got him at HLJ instead. I had a feeling the Spider-man figures weren't gonna sell out but I wasn't gonna take any chances in case I missed out. Haha.
Bandai's stopped doing that lately and only bringing over ones that already cross the price threshold, I wonder if it's because they kept going on sale/clearance and required a different production run so it just wasn't worth it.
I could see that, hell Infinity war figures are still being discounted here and there. I guess I’m gonna have to get off my ass if I want the newer releases. Although I did PO Megumi off of BBTS, so that’s something.

Shang Chi isn’t being brought over but according to the Tamashii Nations US site, Upgraded Suit and the Black and Gold Suit will be brought over. Odd that they aren’t bringing the Integrated Suit since that price point is appealing in the US but that probably just means they could rerelease it at a later date with more accessories at a markup.
This is probably the only Dragonball figure I'll ever own, but it might just be the best bang-for-your-buck action figure on the market. There doesn't seem to be much he can't do. The fiddle factor is pretty high with this guy.

The more I look at the new Spidey figures, the more conflicted I am whether to preorder or not. They regressed from the improvements with the FFH figure and made the arms and chest super skinny again, like the Homecoming figure. Tom Holland is not that thin. Proportion-wise, I think the Hasbro figures are better. But conversely, the detail on the SHFs are better
That’s the same dilemma I’m having at the moment. The SHF black and gold suit looks great, has the magical webs, and unmasked head, and expressive eyes, but he’s super thin. The marvel legends is beefier and cheaper, but severely lacking in detail and accessories. And what if Mezco does some figures? Oof, I might end up with multiple figures of these designs...

Got a PO in for the black and gold suit. Think I’m gonna go ahead and just preorder the upgrade suit as well, might cancel later down the line. I guess the integrated suit is gonna get absolutely stuffed with extra crap to jack up the price, since import sites had him for like $35 if I’m not mistaken.
So over the weekend I managed to get some good news from Anime-Export! Unlike my worst fears on why they haven't shipped things in a week, it turns out that they were attempting to either find another copy or replacement parts for my Figma Samus, which somehow was damaged. They found an extra pristine copy, packed that in along with the rest of the stuff I shipped with them, paid the hefty cost and boom!
