This samurai prime design by Frederic Pham Chuong (Login • Instagram) has the naginata/polearm weapon that I think would be cool to see in a Bludgeon figure (an Eris remold perhaps?), with the weapon turning into the tank cannon.





I really like this design overall, though I think the trailer to horse conversion is not something that can be done in plastic. I also don't know that a samurai motif fits Optimus Prime. Though maybe for a Yoketron that turns into a truck...

Yeah, I'm mostly with you on this.

The only thing I'd differ on is not seeing Rung as he will basically be hitting if not out by TFcon so it would just be pointless.

A part of me says we see either a Rung or CD&R repaint, and a at least another reformatted figure that comes with the Pexus colored Nox head. Not sure if the wildcard will be Reformatted or Ocular max, hell, part of me thinks it will be one of the two upcoming IF figures we know about.

 

True, but remember last time? Tortor was already released (at least at PSX) by the time TFCon rolled around and they showed him off.

 

As well they will show off any tfcon exclusives. Which is usually 2 out the five lines (r, rmx, ps, if, u).
