Now I just need someone to tell me where to buy it. I haven't seen any links anywhere, and those figures look like they are ready to ship.

Still waiting for these to go live. Someone somewhere must know something. Where's my new Cyberverse at? Links? In store sightings?

Sometimes waiting is the hardest part.

I see this as a great move. Make it so far from adult collector/scalper bait that kids that like them won't have a problem getting them.

Thanks for the links. What were the prices?

What's also interesting is that these appear to be wide release. I thought, at one point, there was a rumor they may be a store exclusive subline.

It's weird, they don't pop up in my search anymore. I wonder if someone posted them up prematurely and I just got lucky before the links were hidden from search again or something?

Nah, they’re just a bit shy. They saw you coming for them and ran away. If you give them time, they’ll eventually emerge from the bushes.

I'm pretty sure those middle aged men must know on some level that these dollar store styled toys just aren't very satisfying to children. It's just that they don't care, because they know that a lot of parents and grandparents and aunts and uncles won't care. The clueless, nondiscriminatory relative is what carries the market for these kinds of toys (and shovelware games).

I remember when I was a kid, what I wanted was a solid hunk of sturdy plastic with firm yet reasonably poseable joints, combined with cool gimmicks that worked properly. There's a reason Buzz Lightyear was the quintessential "best toy ever". Kids do have standards, they just don't have direct purchasing power.

I was looking at these at Walmart the other day, not for me; It was done better in RID.
